Possibly one of the best gel manicures I’ve gotten – nail technician was a really nice gentleman who was incredibly thorough. A good and relaxing experience.

Really lovely autumn gel manicure! I didn’t have an appointment and they were very accommodating.

Certainly the most affordable nail spa in the area, but the quality of services is spotty. I’ve had both decent and really sloppy manicures here, and the treatment I’ve received varies greatly. This place works if you want something quick & cheap; if you want super high quality and a luxurious environment, look elsewhere.

After having a bad experience where I was not satisfied with my pedicure and got berated by the woman because I didn’t tip the suggested amount. I got desperate for a pedicure and no where else in my neighborhood had a spot right away so I decided to give them another try, I was disappointed once again! After my rushed pedicure, I paid and tipped way more than I should have , for fear of being berated again I went home and scrubbed the dry skin off myself!!! I’ve more than learned my lesson! Never going there again!!!

Second time trying after a bad experience couple of years ago. Gel mani on two nails chipped within 2 days and I just had a baby so could not go back! Very little prep. Manicure

Powder manicure last really long and they are open late. Perfect for people who work late hours.

Never had a pedicure this short. No leg scrub, hardly spent much time on toenails. All around poor quality service. Gel manicure not that much better, just slightly. I usually use a different salon on west 84 and Broadway but recently moved to 60s so though try this place based on reviews. Would not come back and do not recommend. Also tried a few doors down, Susie’s. So much better!

I came here for a powder manicure and was thoroughly disappointed and grossed out when I was expected to dip my fingers into the jars of powder directly. that is obviously not hygienic (one quick google search about powder manicures reveals this clearly so I don’t know why the staff here is oblivious). Usually powder is moved from the jar to a small dish or poured onto the clients nail so the client is not expected to dump their fingers into a jar where dozens of other people have probably done the same. It’s sort of a common sense thing. Who knows whose fingers were in that jar before you? This issue about cleanliness made me worried about their other tools — do they sterilize to keep clients safe or are they more worried about their profits? Needless to say I won’t be returning.

This place is horrible. I called to check in on a pedicure amount before booking my appointment. They said it was $30. When I got my check they charged my friend $28 and mine was $70. I received gel polish with no additional add ons and I was specific about this service when I called to get a price. The pedicure was subpar and the chairs were dirty. I get pedicures on a regular basis back home and the quality, and cleanliness is highly elevated compared to this salon. I would never recommend this place. It’s terrible.

The quality was fine, but the customer service was awful. When I walked in, I asked a woman named Gigi if it was possible to get a mani/ pedi in an hour. She said no problem. When I sat down, I again made sure that the services I needed could be done within that timeframe. The nail technician asked Gigi for help completing my manicure while getting a pedicure. Gigi told the nail technician that she had a few things to do and “I wouldn’t want to pay’. I interrupted the two and said “wait, did you say I wouldn’t want to pay?” Gigi awkwardly laughed and then said that it would be an additional $5 for them to complete my mani/pedi at the same time. I agreed to the price, but was immediately disheartened by the whole exchange. As a black woman, she implied I wouldn’t agree to a $5 up-charge without asking. It completely ruined my experience.
