We had called in advance to make 4 appointments they were not staffed to serve us all at once we there for 2 hours and didn’t get all out services due to time and others Being put before us. For some reason my French manicure turned out like this.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityNever again. Don’t even waste your time. Personal calls were obviously more important to them than their clients. I’ve never seen any place use actual hand wash in the foot spa. Took too long for it to even get started just walked out. Not sure she knew what she was doing. The place was overall clean but I have some issues with not using a plastic cover for the footbath. I don’t want to get infected with anything another client might have.Never again. Never again. Don’t even waste your time. Personal calls were obviously more important to them than their clients. I’ve never seen any place use actual hand wash in the foot spa. Took too long for it to even get started just walked out. Not sure she knew what she was doing. The place was overall clean but I have some issues with not using a plastic cover for the footbath. I changed my review to one star because they were so rude when I went in at 6 to do my nails. They said that it was too late to do a full set. I went to another nail salon at around 615 and they did my nails amazing and done by 7! Never coming back to this salon.

Place overall looked okay but I went there about a week ago and I asked for shellac and it’s already coming off. She also didn’t ask for shape and left my skin overall very dry. She also didn’t paint them well and my husband said they look very ugly. She also cut me. Worst place ever. Don’t come here. Save your money.

Walked in. 1 girl asked me what service i needed. I said full set. She then laughed and turned to asked the other girl in the back to asked her a question about my full set. Then i replied “can u or not”….the girls were debating to whether or not i guess for whatever the reason was…. Then was told no couldnt do my nails so i said “ok then bye”. But they didnt care they were losing a customer. Idk bad service for me and i didnt even get my nails done lol
