I treat conditions such as headaches, neck and jaw pain, joint pain, movement dysfunction, and other aches and pains with an approach to massage and bodywork that is results-oriented and rooted in knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology. My massage style draws from traditions such as myofascial integration, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, craniosacral techniques, and others. Receiving focused and purposeful clinical massage helped me improve a neck condition that I thought I would just have to live with, and it empowered me to regain sound posture. I practice massage so that I can help others reach similarly positive results. I look forward to working with you!

I have been seeing Michael for almost a year now. He is by far the most knowledgeable and effective massage therapist that I have even been to. He works with your body, not against it to get noticeable and impactful results. I have a sports injury that sometimes leaves me feeling partially immobilized in my neck/shoulder and Michael fixes it every time.
