I am a stylist and permanent cosmetic artist at the Mia in Broadview Heights, I own Highbrow hair studio 113 and 114. Since coming to work at Mia I have felt like a rocket has been strapped to my back regarding my career, I am so proud when new and old clients walk in and see the space, this whole salon is absolutely beautiful even down to the bathrooms, everything is top notch and the owner has been an amazing asset, he really wants his stylist to succeed and you can feel that. To say I was nervous changing salons is an understatement, I was petrified, Bryan did a wonderful job of making me feel comfortable and secure and he was extremely patient with me, best business decision I’ve ever made even though it was so scary. I’ve truly enjoyed building my brand and decorating my space. Happy to say I work at this beautiful vibrant salon.

I am surrounded by other like minded successful stylist , who are also incredibly helpful .Bryan is a hands on owner , if there’s anything you need from maintenance in your salon ,to a personal endeavor ,he is just a text away and gets back to you super quick. There has not been one thing that I have reached out to him about that he wasn’t able to accommodate. My clients love coming to Mia , they always make comments about how cool it is that everyone has their own individual businesses, and there’s more than just hair to choose from (massage,facials, Nellie and Babs Boutique)and how clean the building is . The transition from working in salon to a suite was made easy by working with Mia and for that I am grateful.

We have a beautiful studio with absolutely amazing amenities (ie; our awesome shampoo bowls, water pressure and ability to do laundry on site) Our clients are always commenting on how comfortable and at home they feel at our Studio. I had my eyebrows enhanced by Nicole Harris back in November 2021 and my touch up appt was in January 2022. I’m not sure if the procedure I had done was eyebrow threading, but my eyebrows look awesome. Nicole did a great job. She took her time and gave me choices and was extremely concerned that I would like the final outcome. I never felt rushed and Nicole did a great consultation before she even started. I would highly recommend Nicole. Thank you Nicole.

Positive: Professionalism, QualityAfter my usual stylist cancelled my appointment last minute, I was trying to find a salon to get my hair colored/highlighted before Easter Sunday and around my crazy schedule. I drove past Mia Salon and on a whim, called at 6:00pm to see if anyone had last minute availability. I spoke with Brian who immediately had incredible customer service of trying to accommodate my request. He messaged his stylists to see if anyone had availability. He maintained constant communication with me while I waited for a stylist to get in touch with me. While none of the stylists had time on such short notice (very understandable), a stylist (Lena) was in touch with me the next morning and I was sitting in her chair that evening. I could not be more happy with the customer service Brian showed and Lena’s styling perfection!
