Very nice place of business, very flexible salon schedule. I had a pleasant experience with these ladies, however before being serviced I informed the nail tech that one of my nails was cracked and she did not properly repair it which then caused my nail to crack completely in half the very next day. On top of that I paid extra for rhinestones that didn’t even last a week. And when I was charged the lady had the nerve to say “no tip?” I used cash app to tip the young lady, but wow don’t force a tip on ppl! I was only visiting for a few days. My nails look terrible. They were cute when I left…. this is not quality work at all. Now I have to pay again to have my nails redone!

They have OPI and DND nail polishes they have variety of colors. They also provide waxing and facials. There hours are great. Due to COVID they are taking walk in customer but you need to sign in and wait in your car. Everyone must wear mask in the salon and wait until they get called in. I must say I absolutely love this nail salon every time I get my nails done I’m never disappointed. They are very clean and chic. They have OPI and DND nail polishes they have variety of colors. I’ve actually been to this place a few times. However, I called over the phone to ask about a nail removal. The young lady answered the phone speaking Spanish. I proceeded to ask about the nail removal. She replied to me in Spanish and then hung up the phone in my face. I called back lol! The young lady answered the phone again in Spanish. I asked her the same question she then told me she and no one in the boutique speaks English. So I told her no problem and ended the call. This is definitely BAD FOR BUSINESS being that this is MIAMI where lots of people are MULTILINGUAL.
