I don’t understand negative reviews here. Maybe I’m a low-maintenance guy when it comes to my haircuts. I just like it short and tapered to keep my head cool, and I let them have their way with the details. I’m always satisfied with the results – particularly at the price. Plus, they don’t put obnoxious products in my hair, nor do they try to upsell me.

Critical: ProfessionalismCash only business. They charge enough that they should be accepting credit cards. I bet the books don’t claim half the business here. I waited 30 minutes before I noticed the tiny little sign that said cash only. Plus the guy that just got his haircut looked unhappy. So being that nobody including myself likes to carry cash around, I left. Very impolite Chinese lady. One barber for 3 chairs! Get with the times here people!!Cash only business. I waited 30 minutes before I noticed the tiny little sign that said cash only. Plus the guy that just got his haircut looked unhappy. Never before has a barber straight up ignored what I asked for. I asked for a specific haircut, but she just did what she thought would look good. Took off way more than I wanted. Good thing hair grows back. If you don’t care what your hair looks like and just want it cut, then maybe go here. Also, they delete bad reviews, so their average rating should be much lower.

The Best cut in Denver! I found this place by accident 14 years ago and they had the closed sign up. The owners husband was fixing the sign outside and told me to go in and I was hooked. Best flattop EVER!

OH YEAH. $18 I think now? I’ve paid 3X that around the country and never had a better cut, she’s the best. Nice shop where you can relax, look out the window while you wait and watch life go by. I’ve got medium length hair, very fine, it’s never looked better. Tried others around town and in the Denver area – not as good by far and usually more $$$. No appointments but you can sign in, she’ll tell you about when to come back for your cut. My dog hangs out front (though she’s invited him inside) and everyone leaves happy.

Nice place for a haircut. Unique personal experience. Slightly on the more expensive side, but you sometimes get a quick electric neck massage at the end from Tina the owner. ****CASH OR CHECK ONLY****. Can be a long wait on Saturday mornings so plan accordingly, but it’s right downtown Golden which is nice. Last time I was in the guy cutting my hair didn’t do the best job and left parts of my hair uneven/uncut. All other times I’ve had great cuts.
