My mom has been getting her nails done by Jenny (the owner) for almost 25 years and now I have too for the last 5 years. Jenny and her team are excellent. They go above and beyond for their clients and always make sure they fit in every last walk in. However, they are very popular so I would suggest making an appointment. I highly recommend Metcalf Nail Lounge!

I can’t say enough nice things about this place. I’ve been going here for months now. I have Jenny do my nails and they last for many weeks. They rarely chip or break and always look beautiful. Her husband gives the best foot massage I’ve ever had. I won’t go anywhere else! They are a very popular place, don’t forget to schedule first if possible.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWorst nail experience that I have ever had. Went in for dip. The owner was continually coming over and instructed the nail tech, adding product even though she had no idea what I was getting. The tech was flustered and three of my fingers around my nail bed ended up cut and bleeding from the file. The owner came over and put glue on one without asking me first.The shape on my cut hand is obviously more tapered nails .There was no way I was having them taper to shape the other hands nails for more cuts. The owner then wanted me to pay full price. Never apologized. The tech offered a discount. Taking away three stars bc of the nail tech with GREEN hair. I’m a new client, I walk in, she was standing at the counter, attended to the client before me, walked right away and didn’t say a word to me or even acknowledged that I was sitting there! No “welcome how can I help you? “ Nothing. There was another nail tech there I believe she’s the owner but I could be wrong ; she’s the only one who actually smiled and spoke to me from a distance (she was doing another client’s nails) acknowledging me and asking me what I was wanting to get done . However no one showed me where to go or gave me the color book to chose from. When I was finally seated at my pedicure station, the guy who did my nails, (Ven) bless his heart, he was so sweet , hardly spoke any English but he was sweet all the same so I appreciated that. However while he was doing my gel pedicure I could tell he was probably still learning or still new to doing nails. You could tell right away he wasn’t a seasoned pro at it but it’s okay ; we all have to start from somewhere. While I was getting my gel pedicure done, I had picked out what color I wanted ; the color book was still sitting next to me. Again, the tech with bright green hair (Lol) came over, reached right over me and grabbed the book, she again didn’t say a word; she didn’t even say excuse me. Lol. Where some of these people come from I have no clue but this girl had zero manners, absolutely poor customer service and passively rude. Needless to say I won’t be going back ♀️
