Absolutely fabulous experience this morning. I was a bit nervous trying a new place, but the ladies at the front end were so nice and my massage therapist was amazing. She was calm, relaxing and put me at ease, worked the areas I requested and was having trouble with and made the experience enjoyable. She talked enough to explain what was going on with my muscles and how she was working them but she kept it short and simple so it didn’t interfere with the massage. She offered advice and suggestions for pain relief at home as well. Thank you Donna for a great massage!

Sauna for 45 minutes, followed by a cold shower, then floating for 90 minutes is the way to go! I came here after a few hikes in the White Mountains and felt so relaxed coming out. Also, a big thank you to Chelsie who helped me navigate the booking system and set up appointments for my husband and myself. Super clean facility and friendly staff – will definitely come back to try out more services!

I’ve been dealing with a back injury since 2015. Had my second surgery 3 months ago (spine fusion). All I can say is I wish I had known about this place sooner! It’s not a cure for back injuries, but boy did it help! The surgery was extremely successful and did what it was supposed to do. What a fusion surgery doesn’t do is cure arthritis, which is horrible in rainy weather (seems like it’s been raining here for a month straight!). I went yesterday for about an hour. I felt amazing afterwards! I highly recommend floating if you’re arthritic, have sore muscles, or are dealing with bursitis in the hip. It’s been 28 hours since I stepped out of the por and I still feel great.

If you are looking for a truly amazing experience make an appointment for an hour and a half float! I felt like my whole body was re-balancing while in the warm Epsom sallt water solution. When I arrived Stormy immediately made me feel relaxed, comfortable and worry free for my first float ever. I am grateful for the kindness, warmth and generosity these lovely woman shared with me. Looking forward to my next float. Worth traveling for!

Meredith Whole Living Center is a little slice of heaven. My husband loved the zero gravity float tanks. He sees a chiropractor on a weekly basis where we live in CT to help with his neck and back issues. He was experiencing a flare up while we were on vacation in the area. The combination of the float and Epsom salt helped relieve the pressure. My massage with Maleia was wonderful, I started to fall asleep at one point which is always a plus in my books as far as massages go. I also had the chance to talk to the owner Kelly, as this young wellness center grows the future she envisions for Meredith Whole Living Center, town residents, vacationers, and other local businesses will be impacted in a significantly positive way. Kelly has a passion for helping others and supporting local businesses and the community as a whole. Cheers to the newest and most promising addition to Meredith New Hampshire.

Coming from Los Angeles, I have been to many different wellness centers and I must say, this one was special…it was so very charming and had such a comfortable feel, with the loveliest touches and attention to detail. The owners Seth and Kelly are friendly, welcoming, knowledgable and went above and beyond to attend to all my needs. It was my first time “floating”…such a magical experience, incredibly refreshing and invigorating. I’m so glad my first float was at Meredith Whole Living. Clean and sleek, their floating tank and pod are inviting and offer utmost relaxation. I felt like I was flying, as I suspended effortlessly in water. Might I add, that although I currently live in a place where many movies are made, Main Street in this quaint little town looks like it’s out of a movie! I looked outside a window at one point and saw a horse drawn carriage and townspeople walking about, as it was just beginning to get dark in the evening. Memorable moments in Meredith, New Hampshire!

I come here regularly for facials. There is a calming, serene atmosphere as soon as you walk into the reception area. If you are early, have a nice cup of tea in the relaxation area while you wait. Carrie the aesthetician is wonderful – each facial is a special experience – and she knows what will be good for your skin and will discuss and advise accordingly.
