This is our first and last time visiting this hispanic business. Unfortunately for them they lost three hispanic customers. The reason for this: The two different nail techs lacked professionalism. They are rude, can’t do designs, and don’t speak english, but bash you if you don’t speak spanish. Constantly stopping to talk, use the phone, and eat all while the customer is already in the seat. Then she could not do the simple design I chose, sent me off to a second tech. Who couldn’t or didn’t want to do the simple design either, only to do one that is harder. They changed the nail shape without first asking. The gel nails came out horrible!

Initially I left this great review because I love the skill and talent and hospitality you find in this location. However I am changing my review. There is no effort at all to use English or a translator for those who don’t speak Spanish when they promote their business on Instagram. I have asked for them to explain or translate. I applaud the Spanish community in every way especially when it comes to learning one of the most difficult languages in the world. But when they prefer to speak Spanish that’s fine too. They shouldn’t have to learn another language. However I’m a paying customer. Why is it the Spanish community can ask for a translator and get one but an English speaking customer cannot ask for a translator and get one? How is that fair? It’s like, if you don’t speak Spanish then too bad. You can’t know about any specials or deals or celebrations coming up because you don’t learn our language. But as an American if I did the same thing, I’m considered racist. Extraordinary double standard. They do really good services but apparently you’ll never know it if you don’t speak Spanish.

Checked this salon out bc it was recommended and their FB page says they have a $15 special Tuesday/Wednesday. The lady that blow dried my hair burned me numerous times, not a single apology and tried to charge me $30!!?? I mention the special, she then drops the price to $20. I believe bc she thought I didn’t speak Spanish she could up charge me. I am not happy but do want to say the girl who washed my hair did a great job. Need to work on customer service
