This review is for Lorena & the over business. Clean, nice salon, best shampoo chairs I’ve seen. However, I asked for semi-permanent color as I’m trying to go natural at some point. She used PERMANENT, which will have to grow out now. I have to start from scratch after using semi for years & years. The owner offered to see me, but there is nothing that can be done. I already have breakage, you cannot reverse permanent color. I asked for a refund only for the color re-touch, which is fair. She refused. I managed salons, and when a guest was very upset, we did whatever we could to make them happy. These stylists are booth renters, their training & credentials are not listed on the website. They have not had extensive training like other salons charging these rates. Unacceptable. You can get mediocre hair care at a better price point somewhere else. Especially, untrained stylists trying to charge city prices.

This review is about Lorena – she is absolutely amazing!! She fixed my box dyed hair (don’t ever use box dye!), and got my hair from my dark brown roots and the other three colors my hair was to platinum blonde with no damage! Yes, it took time, but Lorena knows what she is doing, and she does an amazing job! It was worth the process to get the hair I wanted while keeping my hair healthy. I’m sooo happy with how my hair turned out, I highly recommend Lorena!!

Ran into many issue with our bus not arriving on time to pick up bridal party, not their fault. But, we were pushed out the door in the rain. Daughters $300 bridal veil was left there, we realized it right away. No one would open the door or answer the phone, so we could retrieve it. So no veil for the wedding. If you are dealing with wedding you need to understand things get messed up.

It was so close to my wedding that I was worried I would never find a good-quality hairstylist.
