I’m a hairdresser’s daughter, which means I’m pretty picky about my hair. Since my mom can’t do my hair anymore, I booked a color with Darcy and I love the results. It came out even better than I had hoped. She and Jen are a great team. I definitely recommend this salon and both Darcy and Jen.

I went in with a reference picture. After a deep conversation over the phone I went in for my appointment a month later. I had reddish brown hair. Basically I wanted color remover for the red gone and brown hair with some light brownish blonde highlights. I’ll attach my reference picture along with the hair I received. My hair is dead. It’s fried. They said they didn’t have enough time for the toner. I was there for 5 hours and spend $200 for this wack job. No hairstylist takes this long and doesn’t finish. Halfway under the dryer they had me hold the bowl of bleach for them as they applied more to my head. Jen kept asking Darci for help and they both checked my hair constantly. Definitely need more practice. They claim my hair lightened more than they thought and I could not receive a refund. Clearly don’t understand the concept of bleach. Normally I don’t write reviews or bad ones for that matter but I spent the last two days crying in bed not looking in a mirror. I would hate for this to happen to someone else.

I went and saw my favorite hair stylist tonight! Darci never fails to make me feel beautiful! I love my hair more each time I see her. She is great and truly cares about her clients. I love this salon and will never go anywhere else, they are all so nice. If you want amazing color and an even more amazing cut/style you must go see her!<3<3<3

Medusa Salon is the best out there! Darci is the best colorist, hairdresser I have ever been to and I have been to many other hairdresser that don’t have half the knowledge that Darci has. I have never been so pleased with the way my hair looks and feels. The color, cut and highlites that Darci does at each and every appt with her is Amazing. Most talented hairdresser I have ever been to. If you want a beautiful, healthy, perfect cut, color or what ever hair service you need, this is the place for YOU! WOW is all I can say! Keep up the Fantastic work ladies! If I could give you 10 Stars I sure would.

Jess did a really good job with my hair give her 5 stars!!!! But the price to do ethnic hair is way to high. Can definitely find a place that is way cheaper. I definitely recommend my stylist if she was at a place that did not over charge to do people of colors hair

I went to this Hair Salon their were two women working thief the one women who Cut my Hair Seemed as thought from the very beginning she didn’t know what she was doing She was a Complete Idoit her hair Was blue she Was old andil I could belve that this Salon would have someone that work there who Looks Like Yoda.and When she cut my hair I told her how I wanted it told her twice she totally messed up my hair I was I Complete disbelief I was beside my self you you if there are people that work on a Salon they should have some simple Clue as to What there doing and she Didn’t I’m reporting this people because she didn’t do what I told her.shame.in her.
