I have been getting massage from Sheila for a couple years now and recently I really messed up my peroneal tendon. I went in for a treatment and left with my ankle feeling much less inflamed and hopeful that I can heal from this injury and train again. Not only did I get massage to quell the inflammation of my tendon, she also iced my tendon and discussed with me ways of self care to help speed along my recovery. Sheila is professional and very knowledgeable about bodywork massage. Being a senior I like a gentle and relaxing massage which she provides in a pleasant and calm environment. I’m an avid gardener and after a couple hours of bending, shoveling and weeding in the garden, a massage is the perfect answer to get rid of all those aches and pains. I also have some circulation problems in my legs so it’s very reassuring that Sheila is an RN and has a good understanding of the circulatory system and knows what will help. After a treatment from her I feel energized and healthy!! I highly recommend Sheila for therapeutic massage.
