Got my hair cut today and 3 years ago. I donated it both times to Wigs for Kids. Great Clips offers a free haircut for anyone donating their hair. This is the 4th time I have donated my hair. When I am ready to donate it again I will be going back to Great Clips. Great people, great service!

My hairdresser was nice, so I have no complaints about customer service per se. It was that she was so busy helping a new hairstylist with a different customer and haircut, I ended up waiting about five minutes while I was already in her chair. If I hadn’t been invited to sit down, I wouldn’t have been as annoyed. Also, I normally wouldn’t have a problem with waiting, but I had to get to work and I was starting to worry I wouldn’t have enough time. I do have short hair, but still. And, to top that off it would’ve been nice if she would’ve maybe offered a few bucks off my haircut since I had to wait for her, but she still charged me full price. (and, I realize that’s somewhat petty/great clips is a corporate haircutting place so maybe she couldn’t do that, but it would’ve been a nice gesture).

Amy is terrific! The customer service at this site and the one in the Meijer store on Layton is first rate. Staff is always friendly. Have gone many times, shown the picture of haircut I want and the lady did it spot on every time. Went in yesterday and my lady was busy and had a friend and child in car waiting so took next hair dresser that was free. I showed her the picture, she did nothing like the picture and she sure had fun with the clippers, almost all my hair in back is clipped shirt. And sides as well. Totally hate it. Looks so bad and so short. I have to go back to my lady next time
