I had injection and laser hair removals here for the first time, I really like their customer service. I forgot to get the two ladies names that did my injection and laser. The girls there are friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. I asked them all kind of questions and they were happily answering all of them. I really like the environment there, I wasn’t pressured to get other services, big plus on that!

I have been to other Med Spas and although I have always had good experiences, the best by far has been at Me MedSpa. Hazel and Linda are great, they make you feel comfortable and explain everything very clearly at consult. The staff is just as great, its like coming in to visit friends at every appointment. Nurse Karla, Jacqueline and Betty are wonderful and pain free injectors. Will continue to visit Me Medspa.

I really wanted to love this place!! They won’t work with Payments they want you to pay your full 5 Appointments up front. I did Not feel comfortable doing that. Other places do take payments as you go. I was so disappointed. They kept my Hard earned Money and did not refund me Nothing . They also made me Re-Schedule being there. Also all the staff are always talking Chinese knowing how to Speak English that makes me so Uncomfortable. They are having a full conversation. The nurse that helped me did not speak English at all so it was hard to tell her my needs. This place is Not professional.

I honestly thought I was going to get a good results here, since it had good reviews but that was not the case. After 3 laser hair removal sessions I have seen NO results (no I was not expecting a full result but yes I was expecting some results). Especially, after they told me that I will start seeing results after the 2nd or 3rd session. I called to inform them about my situation and got gibberish from the first lady I spoke with (she was a consultant not even a manager who I had asked to speak to). After, I had actually spoke to the manager Hazel about 1 week after she basically gave me more gibberish and recommended I continue more sessions and waste more money as a “solution”. How is that a solution for me?! But rather for their business. I would basically be risking losing more time and money until who knows when I see results!
