THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! My nail tech smelled like straight up cigarettes and didn’t do a thing I asked for. I asked for glitter and he put none. He was on the phone the entire time and rushed through the entire thing. My nails are ruined and have glue all over. He over filed my nails so I can see my nail poking out underneath. I will NEVER come here again. My advice? Stay the HELL away from here. And for $66?? Are you kidding me??

I had been coming here for a about 6 months now and every time I have come the nail tech who worked on my nails did a great job, payed attention to detail. I just came again last night to get a new set of gel nails done in an ombre look. The gentleman who worked on my nails…well never again. It started off by him cutting off my gel nails and pinky nail he did first which he cut so much of the the old gel nail and my natural nail off that I started to bleed Instantly. He said sorry but was still aggressive taking off the rest of my nails. As he was doing the rest of the nails everything went okay he did what I wanted but almost wrapping up when the nail tech tries using there tools to clean under the nail the extra gel that builds up. He cut me twice on my other hand. Was starting to get annoyed with how he handle my hands. My fingers hurt after leaving there because they were still bleeding and once I left I noticed he left room between the gel nail and my natural nail I’ve never seen this before now im going to have to becareful getting nothings In there. When I went up to the register it was $60 I wish might have gotten a discount for how aggressive this nail tech was. Disappointed on this visit.

He did not do the 15 min massage it was like 5 and he rubbed my legs not my feet and the worse part is my toes look like I did them. The staff was nice. I was a walk-in and they took me right away. This was my first time there. I had a young man for my pedicure. I ordered the deluxe pedicure. The technician did not file my nails. He did not do the 15 min massage it was like 5 and he rubbed my legs not my feet and the worse part is my toes look like I did them. The staff was nice. I was a walk-in and they took me right away. Cut the hell out of my thumb nail(underneath) and I was over charged for a full set, basic pedicure and deluxe pedi. $160 is outrageous . I work in the service industry and I know if I cut someone during a haircut I would definitely take money off their bill, which they didnt. They probably don’t even disinfect properly. I will never return!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. rushed through my full set, cut me over and over again. Kept adding money to the manicure even after I kept saying no. “It’s only $5 extra” my full set came out to $66 when their price is $35. Will not be going back. Terrible service. Terrible manicure. Had the absolute worst experience here. First I try to call to see how much a no chip manicure was and the lady didn’t want to tell me. She quoted 35 dollars. I guess that should have been a red flag. But I get there and they asked me to have a seat at one of the stations. An old man comes out to do my nails and I tried to explain what I wanted and he completely ignored me because he was talking to his co workers. I wanted a tip done on the broken nail and he refused to put one on. I asked for stripes to be put on one nail and he had no idea what stripes meant. I showed him a picture and he tried but it looked so bad that I just had him redo the nail. But instead of taking the stripes off he just repainted over it. It looks as if a child did it. Nail are not even shaped Correctly ..To make matters worse he charged me 40 instead of 35! Never going back to this salon and I wanted to warn anyone else not to go to this salon.

DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE, ESPECIALLY WITH TINA. I went to get a full set and the nail tech ripped my nail bed in half, making me bleed and causing immense pain as others in the nail salon were watching me screech. I asked for a bandaid and they didn’t have any, as Tina insisted she “needed” to soak my ripped nail in acetone to remove some of the acrylic.
