Really targeted the tension and the end chopping percussion felt perfectly relaxing.Booked last minute and tipped well because they deserve it. Even came in late and they still did the full hour. If I’m ever in Glenwood again I’m coming here instead of the other massage businesses. Cheaper than other businesses too!!I’d recommend this to a friend and family. Positive: ProfessionalismMy girl and I got a couples massage last weekend and it was fantastic. They asked about pressure at the beginning and a few times throughout to make sure we were enjoying the massage. It was very good and very relaxing. We will visit for another massage next time we are in town.

The therapists know their stuff and are warm and friendly. The facility is clean and pleasant. Now, I am a regular customer. GREAT massage and I’ll see you again soon! This is the real deal. I’d been looking for a new massage therapist for over two years and spotted M&C in Glenwood. I couldn’t be happier! The therapists know their stuff and are warm and friendly. The facility is clean and pleasant. Now, I am a regular customer. GREAT massage and I’ll see you again soon! They worked out my entire my body that had me sore the next day but then my body/muscles/bones felt amazing and back to normal after the soreness healed. I had an insane amount of knots in my back. These women have incredible strength! They worked out my entire my body that had me sore the next day but then my body/muscles/bones felt amazing and back to normal after the soreness healed. He referred me to the M&C Day Spa as he said that he would go there sometimes as he had back issues, too. I thought that I would give them a try and I am sure glad that I did. I don’t recall the lady’s name that gave me a massage, but she was excellent. I am a fairly big guy, and I was skeptical at first whether I could get a good deep tissue massage from the therapist who was what I would consider an average sized woman, but she sure was strong. She really worked on my lower back as I told her about my issue, and I walked out of there practically a new man. She was nice, very professional, and an excellent masseuse. I shall be returning when I am back in town for my next work project even if my back is not hurting. She was just really that good! I was working in Glenwood Springs when I asked a co-worker if he knew a good place to get a massage as my lower back was killing me. He referred me to the M&C Day Spa as he said that he would go there sometimes as he had back issues, too. I thought that I would give them a try and I am sure glad that I did.
