She does not try to “sell” her clients, but rather evaluate their needs BEFORE making recommendations. She evaluates my skin prior to every appointment rather than just jump in. She’ll offer options to get to your goals rather than push you into expensive treatments you either can’t afford or don’t want to do. Facial, microderm abrasion, oxygen treatments – Mazna has been a godsend to my skin over the last 3 months. She does not try to “sell” her clients, but rather evaluate their needs BEFORE making recommendations. She evaluates my skin prior to every appointment rather than just jump in. Highly recommend! Mazna provided an excellent Microdermabrasion facial. It really improved the wrinkles, fine lines, age spots, and acne scarring on my face. Her professionalism was second to none. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueAfter working with Mazna for almost 10 years, I am calling it quits and firing her. With my most recent visit, she called me to reschedule the appointment the day before. And she rescheduled it once again on the day of the appointment. Completely unprofessional. Mazna lacks basic customer service skills and professionalism. To make matters worse, she complained about the cleanliness of my hair and scalp during my entire appointment – which was surprising to me, given that her salon is dirty and disgusting every time I go to visit. If cleanliness was such an issue for her, why wouldn’t she just clean her salon, or wash my hair? She loves to complain without taking any action.Just when I thought it couldn’t get any worse, she did a terrible job with my hair. Maybe I wouldn’t be as angry if I hadn’t spent the past two years growing it out. But this was so sloppy that I probably could’ve done a better job myself – with my eyes closed. All I asked for was a basic trim and some styling. But no, she made it look like a bird’s nest.And now I have no choice but to spend the next 6 months growing it out and finding a real professional who can fix it for me.Terrible customer service, no real skill – don’t waste your time. The only reason I worked with Mazna for so long is because it was cheap in cost.
