They are the worst I have ever seen, they are never customer friendly, they never want you to put an adjustment or say anything about what they are doing to you, any slight complaint they threaten to stop or take off and offer you to leave. Nina does the BEST pedicures! She is always busy so I suggest you make appointments. She takes her time with my feet and I don’t go to anyone but her!! Environment is pleasant and they have always been nice and respectful. Now, something they can work on is their punctuality. If I book for 1030, I plan to be in chair at 1030..not 11! Pedicure

Horrible. They overbook themselves and still welcome walk ins to come and sit for 45 minutes or more. When people come in with appointments they are seated and service right away despite having 3 or more walk ins that have been waiting for quite sometime before someone with an appointment and still have to wait. They don’t sanitize their seats or work station after each customer. Like hello it’s still covid. You don’t know which patron is vax or not and people can still spread germs. They barely deserve 1 star. They are over priced and over worked. I refuse to spend money when customer service is terrible. I told one of the nail techs that if they have more appointments booked they shouldn’t accept walk ins. It doesn’t matter if they tell someone the wait will be long. Don’t accept walk ins if you’re completely book each hour out the day. That is how people become agitated! If you’re focused on getting appointments serviced first. Then run the business appointment only. There is no wrong in that. But don’t have people waiting for an hour or more constantly seeing people with appointments being serviced first while they wait 45 mins or more

Critical: ProfessionalismThis nail shop is super close to my home, so I have taken the unprofessionalism from them more than once, however today was the last straw! I called on Friday for a Saturday morning appointment. The lady took my name and asked me what time I’d like to come in, I gave her my info. Upon arriving I was told that I did not have an appointment and dude just left me standing there. I had to ask if he would be able to service me, and he just said “no”. No apology for the mix up, no trying to squeeze me in later, just no…..I will not continue to give my hard earned cash to a place with such little regard to customer service.
