I went to weeks ago with a girl named Ruby to do a fill and ended up having to come back and redo my nails with Rachel . Ruby did such a horrible job with my nails not only did she leave them thick but put glue under my nail to create a yellowish tone to my nails Rachel had to fix that for me before I left on my trip. I’ve been a customer for years and this experience really Upset me place is great , service wasn’t .

Went in at 1pm to treat myself and for an upcoming Halloween party. I haven’t had a professional manicure since 2020 and felt very rushed. Black French tip polish was heavily layered to where it stuck up above the pink polish. Got home and the black goop of polish exploded onto my finger. It’s not even 8:30pm and the top coat snagged while running my fingers in my hair and ripped off the black French tip polish. What a waste of $55 in these hard financial times.

I really liked this place, everyone was nice and everything seemed very clean. I went to have my acrylic nails removed that I had from another salon and they did everything like in 30 min and it was only $12.

This was the only place I used to get my gel manicure at . I recently went , even though the lady who did my nails was very nice I felt like she did not have enough experience. By the next day my nail color was chipping and I had weird cracks inside the color . I returned and The owner put a top coat on top of it free of charge which i appreciated it , but left my nails bulky . By day 6 all my gel manicure was completely off . Felt like the worst $35 I have ever spent . I won’t be returning .

I’ve been going since 2015 and never disappoints. Everything has been updated and is super clean. I went in this morning and I got my pedicure done by Andy I believe that’s his name I’m not sure but he was the only male there. And he did an awesome job. The massage was awesome! And he took his time. Highly recommend! Pedicure, Foot massages

Gel polish service was lousy. Was left to soak my nails while the tech went outside for a smoke. His nails were so dirty and the station had someone else’s nail clippings all over. I had to ask him to get a new clean towel. He was rough w my cuticles and left edges less than desirable. Don’t come here, overall the place was so dirty and nail clipping all over the floors Oh and they had an open flame candle next to all the nail products! Fire Hazard

It took them 20 minutes after I arrived to greet me. Another 20 minutes to tell me I was next. I waited for the lady to do my wax and she took forever. She was just talking and talking when she clearly was done. Bad customer service and even made a face when I left. Also, I find it rude they asked if you want to leave a tip…if I did I would add it to the receipt if you say no they give you this look. Poor lady in front of me look surprised and even pressure to say yes.
