The place was easy to find and comfortable setting. Karen was friendly and pleasant personality. As far as the treatment, I was disappointed. I was not knowledgeable enough about teeth whitening. It was my 1st time, so my expectations were false. Though she showed me my teeth lightened slightly, it was not anything noticeable and no one made a comment yet they noticed I got a teeth cleaning or anything. I would have tried a less expensive route considering the slight change in my teeth. She did say it takes several times. Again, I was not educated enough and was very disappointed. Apparently that is how the process works.
