While the therapists and staff are friendly and professional the structure of this business is something to consider before you take out a membership. If you want to end your relationship with them you only have 60 days from your LAST paymet to use up any credits you might have. In other words they could have 100’s of dollars of your money that they would keep for services not rendered if you can’t use them up in time. Give it some thought….this was not information they offered when I joined.

Booked a massage at this location for my husband last minute and sadly was told it was the worst massage he’s gotten with Massage Luxe. The massage therapist was talking the entire time about politics, family and things that shouldn’t be spoken about vs. focusing on the massage itself. This was real disheartening to hear because his back has been in knots and this massage was sadly useless for him today.

I really enjoyed the experience everyone was really nice. I got a gift card for my birthday and decided on a facial and massage. The atmosphere was very relaxing. The facial was wonderful and smelled really nice. I even got compliments several hours later in the day. Update **I’ve been twice now and Jasmine is a outstanding massage therapist. You walk out on cloud nine.

I look forward to going to MassageLuXe each time I have an appointment scheduled! Everyone from the receptionists to the therapists are friendly, professional, helpful, and kind. My husband and I go monthly and have been seeing the same therapists for a while now – but each person we’ve ever worked with has been great. The waiting area offers bottled water or hot tea. The massage rooms are clean and have plenty of space. The bathrooms are always clean and tidy as well. The price is reasonable and they often have promotions going on.

I took a star off simply because the original booking was messed up in terms of the services I had requested. I had requested time slots for two waxing services and was scheduled for one and a consultation about the other. Other than that, I was satisfied with my care. The facial was rejuvenating. I will likely go to a different place for waxing as their wax seemed to have difficult grabbing my hairs. I have fair blonde hair on my legs and they seemed to have trouble finding them. I did have to go back in after seeing my legs in the sunlight but my aesthetician was very cool about making sure the blonder hair patches she had missed were cleaned up. So other than that, their service and the ambiance was great. Would definitely recommend for facials and massages.

Had a massage yesterday and you could tell the therapist was sick right off the bat. Her head was so stuffy she couldn’t pronounce her words correctly. During the massage ( which I think could have been a good one) she blew her nose 3 times…and I’m not talking about a little sniffle. Then she proceeded to wipe it close to 15 times. That added to her taking her hands off me to get more massage lotion every two minutes left me less than relaxed. She sanitized after the blowing but not the wiping!!! Great! Who wants to get sick!?!! After contacting the manager the next day all she had to offer was that I could try their location again for the LOW price of $48. Never mind I just paid 74 to be rubbed with germs the day before. When I told her that confirmed my choice to not come back she said have a nice day. What kind of manager is that!!!!!! Steer clear of this place if you can!

I rate my experience as “just ok”. Was using a gift certificate. I booked a morning appointment on a weekday for a 1 hr massage, my massage therapist was 15 minutes late. Massage was not as thorough as I had hoped. High pressure sales pitch upon check out. Experience was more fast food like than day spa feel. I doubt I would return.

The massage therapist was wonderful. However, I purchased a monthly membership that I had for approximately 6 months. The first issue was them booking my massage appts incorrectly and deducting extra time from my banked hours. Time that when called out on it, they refused to give back. The second issue came when I had to call to cancel my appts for the month as well as my membership due to unexpected medical issues. At the end of the month not only did I still get charged, but I was told I had to come to the store to sign a cancellation policy in person and they would not be refunding the charge. Talk about taking advantage of sick people! I cannot easily get into the store with my medical issues and needed this money for medical bills. Do not do business with this store. I have emailed the corporate office, but I assume this is their little trick to suck more money from unsuspecting customers. Too bad cause the massage therapist was great.

Awful experiences. First, they can’t consistently keep good therapists. When I start to have a regular person I like, that person “unexpectedly” no longer works there…. happened to me on four therapists.
