I got my daughter some services for her birthday. She absolutely loved it. Hanh took care of her; it was her first massage, and she definitely wants to return. She was very nice and put her at ease, gave her a great service and was caring. Sarah at the check-in was also very welcoming and knowledgeable. She took time out to make sure I understood everything and was accommodating and helpful to all my needs. Knowledge about the products, gave me information about the services. We will absolutely return.

I have had a membership here for the past almost 4/5 years and I have enjoyed the service I receive. The staff at the front are always welcoming and more than willing to help make sure you feel comfortable while here. However, I have had on more than several occasions my appointment need to be cancelled due to the massage therapists cancelling for the day. I understand this is not the fault of anyone other than the massage therapists, but as someone who pays monthly for a service only to find out the day of (hours before often) that it will have to be cancelled this is frustrating. I have never had this happen with another location or company and it’s disheartening to expect this same pattern to continue over and over again. I do not wish to cancel my membership, but I do wish to expect some kind of consistency.

We made an appointment weeks in advance. Got a confirmation text and call. The day of the appointment they didn’t have us booked any more. We asked about the confirmation texts and calls. Thierry response was essentially get lost and we don’t have any idea why you got a confirmation call or text. My GF is pregnant and was really looking forward to her appointment.

there is an odd smell like mold or mildew. My massage therapist did not follow any requests, she didn’t massage my foot cause she’s grossed out my feet and overall it was a disgusting experience

Check in and check out is always a nightmare. Adrienne, who is currently the manager demonstrates poor customer service, and ALWAYS give me a hard time about using my facial certificate that was issued to use quarterly for 3 separate months as a incentive for singing up. She schedules me with one therapist over the phone and then once I get there I’m with someone else. I left for a couple months because of her and began going to another location, however I like my therapist, so I decided to return. She always make me feel like an inconvenience and makes excuses for her wrongs. I will not be renewing my membership once it ends it August. It is very sad that you go someone to relax and end up leaving upset each and every time. Btw, therapist are awesome! I will not be going back to this location, I can’t deal with her lack of professionalism and poor customer service any longer!

Cory gives an excellent massage.Hits the areas I have issues with 100% of the time. Tina has worked wonders on my skin, even though I continually abuse it by swimming 5 days a week.
