Critical: QualityMy husband and I went twice for couples massages. Two out of two our worst massages ever. I was wondering if they are certified professionals or not. My husband did not like the technique, plus no steady pressure too hard or too light not usual from an experience therapist. My experience both times was 70% of the massage was spent on my legs when I asked to be focused on my upper back. My back was barely spend any time. I did not like the first time but I thought second time might be better. In my second time I was not able to relax. he was using his elbows and too much pressure on my back good thing he did not spend much time there and move to my legs where he spend way too much time and it was so painful. I got out of there with neck and shoulders pain from crunching my muscles as a reaction to the pain I experienced in the table. I left tip out of pity. But I hope no one had to go through that ever. My husband and I went twice for couples massages. Two out of two our worst massages ever. I was wondering if they are certified professionals or not. My husband did not like the technique, plus no steady pressure too hard or too light not usual from an experience therapist. My experience both times was 70% of the massage was spent on my legs when I asked to be focused on my upper back. My back was barely spend any time. Critical: CommunicationWhen booking I was told my prenatal appointment started at 2:45pm and that I would not receive a confirmation text or call and she would confirm my appointment while on the phone. I arrived to my appointment at about 2:35pm and was not informed that I was “late” for the appointment and the front desk proceeded as normal taking their time with everything. I got back to the massage room and spoke to the therapist around 2:50 and we talked about what I needed done. When the masseuse was complete he left the room and I got dressed and checked my phone and the time was only 3:18. When I got to the front desk I asked if the prenatal massages were only 30 min long? And I was told no that I was late to my appointment so only got the allotted time for that massage and was immediately asked how I wanted to tip. I had said that I was told 2:45 and no one had said anything to me when I arrived or I would have rescheduled and also that even if that was the case my massage ended 12 minutes early according to what they were saying and I didn’t agree to pay for an approx 25 min massage full price. They were not willing to help me at all and said they were going to charge my card and the manager would call the next day. The front desk ladies then tried to pressure me into signing up for a membership after seeing I was not happy. I missed the managers phone call the next morning and when I called back and she learned who I was she said “I got a message that you needed to talk to me” and was not trying to resolve the situation and kept telling me she needed to check cameras and talk to her boss but offered me a discounted massage for next time. I don’t want any further services from them and just wanted a refund, she said she would return my call and so far has not. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWFUL. It was probably one of the worst massages I have ever received. The young lady who performed my massage was very nice however she was unprofessional. She really only performed a masage on half of my body and not quite both sides of my body which left me feeling like I had an incomplete massage. Also when she was doing my foot scrub she was listening to music loud on her headphones. So while I’m listening to relaxing music in the room I’m also hearing her loud music coming from her headphones. Also while doing the footscrub she was yanking my feet with the towel which made my entire body jerk several times. It was probably one of the worst massages I have ever received. The young lady who performed my massage was very nice however she was unprofessional. She really only performed a masage on half of my body and not quite both sides of my body which left me feeling like I had an incomplete massage.
