Fantastic experience! It started with Jacob at the front desk. He was amazing with answering my questions and familiarizing me with the different plans and services. Then Renae did an amazing job with my massage, taking extra care of trouble spots because I have physically disabilities. I felt pampered, relaxed and comfortable. Highly recommend.

The membership here has been well worth it. Tasha and amber are definitely my go to therapists. They’re life savers and I’d recommend this place to anyone. The environment is very professional and friendly.

Positive: Communication, QualityDefinitely recommend Barbara, she was fantastic at helping me ease my pain from a crick in my neck from over the weekend! The studio was clean and calming, I was greeted nicely at the front desk and by my therapist. The membership is a contract which was the only reason I didn’t commit personally. Nice experience for my first time!

Critical: CommunicationBeing a member of Massage Heights has proved to be a frustrating stressful experience instead of fun and relaxing. I WOULD NOT recommend it to ANYONE!First let me say that I have kept my membership for close to 2 years. Most of the time when I tried to get an appointment there was no availability. Twice when I was booked, THEY CANCELED ON ME! Once I called to change my appointment giving them over a 2 hour notice and they charged me as a no show.So finally I decide it’s just not worth it, and cancel my membership, asking if I would still be able to get the massages that I had paid for and they said yes. I had 4 credits.Yesterday they text me that they had appointments available today and I booked for 5 pm. today. I received an email and confirmed. Then this afternoon they called wanting me to come 10-15 minutes early to update my paperwork. So I left work early rushed over to do paperwork, as I was finishing I was informed that since I had canceled my membership I would be PAYING NON MEMBER PRICES TODAY, she says” didn’t anyone tell you that?” What about my credits that I paid for??? “ I’m so sorry, your grace period has expired”Non professional, no appointments available and not honoring what I had paid for! That’s they way to win customers …Definitely NOT!I feel ripped off and my time was disrespected!Their business plan is all in favor of them, customer service is bottom of their priorityNow let me just end by stating that I would not have canceled my membership nor would I have had to worry about the grace period ( that I didn’t know about) if they ever had appointments availableBeing a member of Massage Heights has proved to be a frustrating stressful experience instead of fun and relaxing. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI had a deep tissue message. My back had really been hurting. David definitely delivered to my needs and was very attentive to the areas that were really bothering me. My appointment started on time which I was happy about and I did get the full hour I paid for. I do recommend.

Critical: QualityI tried this place for the first time. Appears to be clean. My massage session was just “OK”. Nothing great but wasn’t horrible. I honestly felt like I couldn’t relax. My therapist talked the entire time and I felt obligated to have the conversation with her. A few responses to her questions lead to a full blown conversation for my entire 90min session. I couldn’t truly relax and let my mind go or enjoy the realizing music because she kept talking. I couldn’t be rude/blunt to say to stop taking and because of that I feel I wasted money here. I enjoy conversation otherwise, just not when I’m trying to relax, de-stress, and get my massage. Yes I still tipped good because that’s just me..but I don’t see myself ever going back to this place. They are way over priced. Other massage places that have more reasonable pricing for services and where you’re truly able to relax and enjoy your massage. I hate contracts so didn’t get the “membership” they try to talk you into getting.The non-introductory 60 min (1hr) session price is $139.00 and a 90 minute session is $209.00!!! Absurd!!! I know of and go to another place that is absolutely wonderful that only charges $75 for 60 mins and $115 for 90mins. I won’t be going back to this place.I tried this place for the first time.
