I have a great therapist in Phoenix and she exceeds him! We come to Prescott often and I can’t imagine ever seeing another Prescott therapist. Highly, highly recommend Jun.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityMy lower back hurt so much that I could not stand upright!I overdid it when I helped my neighbors with shoveling snow from their cars from the snowstorm that we had in Prescott, three weeks ago. I woke up the next day feeling as if someone was stabbing me on the left and right side of my tailbone with an ice pick. I could only walk bent over while holding on to furniture.I spent a week trying to cure the pain with hot packs, cold packs, and painkillers but nothing helped. I even went to a Chiropractor but he was only able to help a little bit. So, I decided to seek the services of a masseuse and turned to the internet to look for one.So many choices. There was one massage spa online that looked pretty good because it had a lot of good Google reviews and you could even make an appointment online. But before I could book an appointment online I had to agree to their “demands.” First, I had to create an account,, then I had to click to agree to their terms of service and liabilities, then I had to provide my credit card info upfront so that they could charge me a fine if I showed up late or missed the appointment without enough “prior notice”to them. The heck with that!Then I saw the listing for Massage Healing & Serenity. Because its Google reviews were all five star ratings and because it was located only two blocks from where I live I decided to give them a try. Booking an appointment was easy. Ms. Jun Webb -the owner and masseuse- answered the phone, told me her rates and we agreed on a morning appointment for a sixty minute session the very next day.The place is located on Sandretto Drive in a very pretty two story Old Spanish style building. Ms. Jun greeted me so graciously that I liked her right away. Her studio was just as cozy and warm as depicted in her website photos. Covid precautions were in place and we both wore masks. She gave me two simple forms to fill out. One was for my contact information and the other was for me to indicate where my pain was located and how severe it was. Once I filled out the forms she led me to the massage room which was flagrantly cozy with soft music playing in the background. She told me she would wait outside the room while I undressed and I was to cover myself with a towel, get on the table face down and let her know when I was ready.Jun began the session by pulling on and stretching my legs and back. She worked on my legs, my feet, my back, my glutes, my spine, my pelvis, my shoulders, my neck, my arms and even my scalp. Even though she is a petite woman her hands have the strength of vise grips! She found knotted muscles in places I didn’t even know I had places! She would knead, pull, stretch, and work those knots relentlessly until they finally loosened and it all felt so wonderful I did not want the session to end.After she announced that the session had finished she left the room, so I got dressed and after settling her fee she gave me a bottle of water and I was on my way happy and with less back pain than when I first came in.When I got home I went right to bed with a heat pack and stayed there the rest of the day. The next day when I got up I noticed that I could stand a bit straighter with less pain and as the day wore on the pain seemed to subside more and more. Same thing the next day. By the third day the pain was completely gone and when I went back to the Chiropractor for a follow up visit later in the week, he announced that he was pleased with how his treatment had helped me.
