Very happy with my massage and facial. Nice relaxing quiet area before you go in. Sylvia was very attentive and took time to make sure I was comfortable throughout the process and used a torso pillow which I’d never been offered anywhere before (makes a difference, esp for the ladies) and made sure I was properly aligned as she worked on me. Kevin was great with my husband’s massage and very knowledgeable. He brought feeling back into my husband’s toes that he’d not felt sonce his foot surgery back in May. Helen is an amazing aesthetician and knows her craft and can work with all skin issues. I can’t wait to go back for my next session.

Very clean, nicely decorated with white lace curtains, and lavender shear draping! When my 25 minute massage was done, I felt almost intoxicated, in a good way. They massaged places in my back, I didn’t even knew hurt! My Wife, also got a massage, after seeing me in a state of euphoria! It was that good!

Diana, my massage therapist has been great. The desk staff not so much. I had cancelled my appt the previous week and rescheduled because I was sick. Tve desk idiot only saw my first name and didn’t look at my last name. I build my Monday nights to go too appt, the only night I can go. I drive a half hour to get to the appt, so their incompetence wasted an hour for me. They has one job… and screwed tbe pooch. Don’t waste my time. I am done with this place.

Just spoke to someone to make sure my membership ends (after 1 year). The person on the line was very rude and sounded annoyed to help. She did not even let me finish talking and just hung up. Very displeased with the service.

The worst location. I would never recommend this place as a resident of PV. The owner Jill Karrenbrock not only has a bad reputation she runs a poor business. She isn’t sensitive to client request and confidentiality. My massage therapist was late to the appointment and yr front desk has messed up my appointments
