I have been to MANY nail salons good and bad and I can say this is a BAD salon. The name and decor of this place is deceiving. It’s way to expensive for the experience. The artist charged me for a pedicure type I didn’t ask for which was $15 more. I don’t care about the price but why did They upgrade my pedi without telling me. They also put gel on my nails when I asked for regular bc I didn’t need gel. Now my acrylics. She placed the fake nail way to high on my natural nail so I walked out the salon looking like I got my nails done 2 weeks ago. She didn’t cut or do anything to my natural nail before putting on the nail. There are gaps between my natural nail and my fake nail so I’ve been scooping out gunk to prevent infection( in the salon I asked them to fix it twice) which is not what I wanted to do especially when I paid $70 for SHORT nails with NO design. This place is absolutely ridiculously! Pls don’t waste ur money just because its close in proximity!! And trust me – I never write reviews but this one takes the cake… pictures are one week post appointment.

My daughter loved how refreshed her feet felt afterwards and we will definitely be back. Bebe has done my pedicures before as well as Jenny and they are both super.I want to point out that if you want an optimal experience, make an appointment ahead of time. With this pandemic there is a shortage of nail technicians at every salon across the country and I am sure the staff are working extra hard to provide good service. This was my second time coming here. The prices are ridiculous and the place is dirty. There were fingernails all on the chairs. The guy that was doing my nails kept wiping his nose with his bare hands and then touching my nails/ toes. I immediately wanted to walk out. Also my gel polish started to chip two days after. Way over priced. Any salon I’ve been in, has always asked you to add on a service by saying $5 More or $8 More or $10 More, never have been to a salon where they ask you for an add-on that was, $25 More +…We had a large party go in for a Bridal spoiling morning. We all received services that ranged from Pedicures to full sets and mini massages. We all ended up paying way over the prices listed. The salon stated that was due to ombre this or ombre that the quality of the services were not as Fantastic as if I were actually paying for what I got. I can see my nails through my toenail polish and out of no-where appeared a callus on my big toe that wasn’t there when I went in. Also, I got the gel nail full set, and they didn’t file the nails properly and the nails themselves are mis-shapened and uneven on the tops. I also had to dig some of the gel hardener out from under the nails when I left. They also didn’t paint the tips of the nails well.

PLEASE DON’T GO HERE!!!!!!! The fancy look is a FACADE!!! They are not good, don’t know what they are doing, and will give you the trainee if you are not a regular…ALSO Horrible customer Service at Luxe Nail and Wax next to the Publix in Stafford, VA. My fist time there, they had a guy doing a pedicure for me who didn’t buff, or file to shape my toe nails. When I asked about it, a young woman who seemed to be the manager or owner came over telling that he did file….yes, after I had to ask him…and he didn’t file each nail. She talked to me with a bad attitude to defend the guy, asking me what is it that he didn’t do, your toes look fine…poor customer service, this woman end up doing my nails and rushed through it. Then they charged me an extra $5 for taking off the old polish. Now I have to go back so they can fix both big toe nails. They were initially supposed to do a pedi, mani…afterwards, although I no longer wanted the manicure of course, didn’t even ask if I was still going to do a manicure….also who charge to take off polish when you get a pedicure? They only charged me that so they can get a tip because they knew I wasn’t going to leave one….Please Don’t Go Here!!
