I had a last minute cancellation at the place I normally go to get my facials — usually not a huge deal, but unfortunately it was the day before my wedding and my face was not in a good place for wedding pictures. Thankfully, I was able to get a last minute appointment due to a cancellation here and had an *amazing* facial with Isabel. I left feeling so refreshed and my skin looking so much better — I am so grateful! Everyone was extremely kind and welcoming. I will definitely be back!

I was not impressed. My mother has dementia and she received a gift card for Mother’s Day. The mask mandate was no longer in effect, except in this store. I did not want to leave my mother in case she became disoriented or scared. I gladly would put a mask on and wait in the lobby, but I was told I had to wait outside. Then I had guess when my mom was through and wait til I saw her to go in and get her. Then to top it off, the prices were raised. We all thought with a $100 gift card, that would be enough money. I had to pitch in another $25 to cover the bill and tip. The young lady at the counter didn’t want to honor the price when we made the reservation. All and all, a poor customer service experience and we will not go back. There’s plenty of other places we can go.

I receive good monthly massages for reasonable prices at this location. The place is quiet. There seems to be a high turnover of front staff employees but I’ve always been treated in a friendly manner. I’ve used 4 different therapists over the past few years and it does make a difference. If you don’t like one therapist, ask for a different one on your next visit. This is not a spa experience but more clinical atmosphere.

I have had a membership for years!! I have loved them for years!! I have made so many efforts to get scheduled but i cant get anyone to answer the phone and maybe I’m am doing it wrong??? But every time i try to book on the website, no matter how many different times i put in, it says “oops, no appointments available”. Are they still open?????????? I would be so sad to see them go but dang…. This is frustrating.

Shuntell was great! She took the time to ask me questions and find out WHY my back was hurting. Definitely recommend Shuntell for a more medium pressure massage!

My favorite masseuse Zhana gave me a fantastic massage. Chantal runs a great front desk. Masks are still needed in the common areas. One bathroom had a lighting problem.

Just moved from Los Angeles and was so sad to leave my massage envy there. I’ve been to multiple M.E. Locations around littleton and highlands ranch and this one is by far my favorite. I’ve been getting prenatal massages with Zhanna and it’s the highlight of my week. She is so good and kind and caring. Plus the front desk people are always so great and overall the location is clean and peaceful and quiet. No complaints at all, just honestly grateful for the hour of relaxation that can feel so rare in pregnancy!

I’ve been a member for 10 years and now that I’m a full time student I can no longer afford my membership. This location’s branch manager and the area director refuse to honor the contract both parties signed which provides 60 days for me to use my accrued but unused benefits. They have taken my money and now won’t provide the service I paid for. After paying upwards of at least $6000 over my membership period, they can’t provide the few months of accrued benefits I’m owed? I am not asking for anything more than what is stated in my contract, and they are blatantly disregarding such a simple request.
