I’ve been in three different times to their salon. They consistently keep a sign outside that says walk-ins welcome but I walk in with no other customers and they turned us away with an eye-roll, a sigh, and an excuse that they were booked for over 24 hours. One time out of the three I decided to book an appointment for the following day but even after booking, I waited 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Clearly inadequate for what they deem as walk in ready and their staff is rude.
