Toni has been my massage therapist for a while now and I can’t thank her enough. This company uses predatory business practices when signing up for memberships. Does not explain the forms that they want you to sign. Beware that you are signing up for a one year commitment and if you want to place your account on hold, you will not be able to access your credits. They have a paid hold for $20 a month so you can use those credits. If you want to cancel you will have to pay for the remaining months.

Justin went above the call of duty. I told him my hip was hurting. He worked out the kinks and recommended a stretch and introduced me to Emmy to help me with my range of motion. Kudos to Justin!!! He is always on point. I’ve also seen Sherry at this location who is great as well. Can’t wait to se Emmy and continue with Justin!!!!!

So extemely disapointed with this location I had to write a second review. My therapist Emy FELL ASLEEP during my massage. Not sure how that even happens. I expressed my concerns to the assistant manager Destiny who apologized and offered to credit my account 30 minutes. Later I find out she revoked her offer of resolution to me because the therapist denied having fall asleep and actually added notes on my account that I was not telling the truth. Why would I lie about something like that! Canceling my membership and will never go back!
