Critical: QualitySo this is the 2nd time I’ve tried this place, the first time I got a full set of dip nails, they broke within a week, I came to visit hot springs again this week and went with a friend, I asked the man to dip them extra to make them stronger, I keep my nails done and I normally go 3 weeks before I get a fill, my nails never break, yet here we are again, 3 days later and already one broke and my thumb nail cracked. What a bummer. So this is the 2nd time I’ve tried this place, the first time I got a full set of dip nails, they broke within a week, I came to visit hot springs again this week and went with a friend, I asked the man to dip them extra to make them stronger, I keep my nails done and I normally go 3 weeks before I get a fill, my nails never break, yet here we are again, 3 days later and already one broke and my thumb nail cracked. Walked in 1 hour before close and they got me in!! I asked for a Mani with a French ombre, basic pedi, and a 40 min facial. They did awesome! Will be back. Make sure to ask for Quinn (for a facial or nails) or Ning (for a massage).

I went to have pedicure with a gift certificate on a Saturday. I was sooo disappointed ☹️ Although the facility is clean and beautiful it was the worst pedicure I have ever had. The young lady was kind but not good. Sat there so long the water was cold before anyone came over. I didn’t have anything on my nails when I came in so nothing had to be taken off and still was there so long. I had to point out that there was still dead skin around the nail bed and she barely touch my heals. Honestly had to go home and finish the clean up of skin. I got a basic pedicure with gel polish. I left with polish all over my toes. It was $55.00 service and my 12 year old daughter does a better job than this place. I will never go here again. Thankful I had a gift certificate but it was a huge waste of time!
