Well I took the girlfriend in for her first experience in massage therapy. Massage Envy happened to call because of a cancellation to work us in. We had a 1 hour therapy session that of course was awesome. Girlfriend came out relaxed and revitalized. She immediately wanted to come back again. Thinking ahead we already booked our next appointment. Hans was excellent.

After recovering from hurting my back last week, I saw Brad for a full-body massage. He was incredible!!! For being my first massage, he communicated with me the process and was respectful and helpful. I will definitely be back!

I was so looking forward to a good soothing message. Well that was not the case at Message Envy in Rogers, AR. I was told to promptly show up early for a 9:45 am message so I could complete all required paper work. So I showed up at 9:30 am. I was greeted at front desk and then told to have a seat. No other interactions with employees until about 9:55 I was asked to follow therapist back into room. She asked what I was looking for and told her I had sustained a shoulder injury and had been advised by my chiropractor to request a certain message under my should blade. While trying to explain to the therapist visually what the chiropractor had suggested not once did she ever look up at me for confirmation that she understood what I was talking about! Her only response after that was ok just lay on bed and just to confirm you brought your mask right? I replied with what mask. She said anytime while laying face up I had to wear a mask. I explained to her that no one had ever relayed that message to me when I made appt or I would not have scheduled. She told me that’s ok you do not have to get the message but we are going to go ahead and charge your card anyway. I asked to speak with owner and simple told they were not around. So I just left and called credit card company to block payment. Moral to the story. If your really looking forward to a relaxing experience with professional message therapist avoid Message Envy in Rogers, AR. The unprofessional lack of caring display today was epic. It’s also ironic as I was leaving to explain situation to hostess another customer was at the counter complaining about customer service as well! AVOID AT ALL COST!

Ivan and Heather are both awesome massage therapists. I can’t speak for the others, as I have only had them so far. The facility is always clean and inviting. I just wish it were easier to get an appointment.

Don’t fall for the membership they take your money every month but never have openings then you rack up massages then when you go to cancel your membership they won’t refund anything and it takes 10 days to process your cancellation if you are due to pay another month they take it even though your canceling you can’t even put your account on hold so you can use up your massages they still charge $20 a month just for that I had 8 massages payed for at $70 a massage they stole $560 from me it’s a scam don’t fall for it I would be fine with half of the money refunded after all it is a lot of work for that computer to automatically take money out of my account every month

My Massage Therapist was great. The owners on the other hand were a different story. I watched an interaction between the owners and a Mother and Daughter, who were from out of state, as they walked in the building. Their states mask laws are more relaxed then Arkansas and when they came in for their scheduled massage the owner was INSISTING that they wear a mask. The mother then asked if they had to wear a mask as they were getting a massage.. the owner said, “OH YES!” The mother suddenly became very overwhelmed and they ended up canceling their appointment. The environment was very uncomfortable as the other owner kept trying to upsell me as i finished checking out before I left. As I went outside the Mother and Daughter were sitting in their car and the mom was still obviously upset about the interaction. As I empathized with her about her interaction she said “How can anyone breath, wearing a mask, face down on a massage table?!”

Critical: Communication, QualityReally, really unhappy. The massage therapist was nice, but not at all communicative. Hands were freezing cold. I asked for firm pressure but instead it was no pressure at all. She also upcharged me by using a product without telling me it was extra. She just said ‘do you like biofreeze?’ and when i said i had some at home, put it on me. Imagine my surprise when i came out of the appointment and it was billed as ‘deep muscle’ add-on.Also- it was only 40 minutes???? I suppose for this one i don’t care because 20 minutes wouldn’t have been any better, but way overpriced if they’re not going to even do the entire booking time.Really, really unhappy.
