Massage Envy in Vadnais Heights which isn’t accredited by the BBB They have it posted everywhere “60 minute massage”. As a non member I came in. They wanted me to fill out a digital questionnaire including target areas of focus for the massage. Met my masseuse, she asked me what i wanted…why do i need to fill out a form if you are asking me the same questions… its wasting massage time…then massage was great except i looked at the clock it was 9:54. That’s 6 minutes short. No where is there an asteric where it says what the lady at the front desk told me. She said, “its 5 minutes before and after and a 50 minute massage”. In 2011 it was 60 minutes. Now it is 50 but they are marketing for 60 minutes. This place is a rip off and scam. Like i told the lady at the front desk, “this is false advertising”. “The introductory rate” is $75 for a 50 minute deep tissue massage. I see a bad business practice, I will call you out in a review, which I’m sure you’re tailoring… check the BBB website for actual reviews on massage envy. See pictures below for brochure.

I loved my therapist, Sara. She had attention to detail and followed instructions so well. I felt like she really cared about my session. I did not love my experience at the front desk. Both when I walked in and out, the front was on their cell phones and had to finish what they were doing before servicing me. I also wanted to buy some product but was offered no assistance when I walked over there, so I left. The difference in service from the Midtown Miami location at the front was glaring and that’s why I noticed so much.

I received a text that there was an opening for a massage. I responded right away that I would like the appointment. Shortly after , I received a text that read , yes, I had been booked into this appointed, which further states to Ignore future texts regarding this appointment, which I did , because it is a mass email sent out to all on the waiting list, that this appointment has been booked. Apparently , there was another text that stated there had been a mistake, and I really didn’t have the appointment , which I ignored because that’s the texts that come in right after you’ve been booked. I went to the scheduled appointment, only be told I didn’t have one. I spoke with the manager, and once she pointed that out, clearly I did not have an appointment, which was a disappointment , but mistakes happen. What I was really disappointed in, is the behavior of the manager. She was a tad bit rude ,and didn’t offer any type of compensation , much less an apology, for their mistake in sending the text saying I was booked into the appointment, then later retracting.

I would give zero stars if I could. I received a call less than an hour before my massage saying Blanca had to leave because she wasn’t feeling well and there was not someone else to do the massage. I explained I lived over 2.5 hours away, had gotten a gift card and was trying to use it. When asked if there was a difference location with an opening the woman said I could call them myself. They did eventually call and let me know there were no openings at all. I’m glad I wasted hours of my life on this. Unprofessional and annoying staff.

Jessica was amazing! Excellent massage. The reason that I did not give it a 5 was that the staff at the front desk were not very welcoming and the price had gone up sooooo much! It is no longer affordable for me.

The Vadnais Heights location is quick and easy to get to. The staff is both helpful and friendly. It has a very welcoming vibe. Was just there with friends for massage and facial. Now they are members, too!
