I have been seeing Whitney at the Cooper City location for over 2 years. Beat massage therapist I have gone to. She finds your aching muscle pains right away. I come out of there like a new person. I have psoriatic and rheumatoid arthritis and I rather spend my money here then taking all those medications and seeing doctors. She is my by weekly medication. Front office staff is always courteous and friendly. Owner is very nice and accommodating. When I travel I put my membership on hold and don’t have to pay the one or two months I go away without any problem. Love my Cooper City location.

Disappointed in management. We were gifted 2 massages at a membership price from my MIL who is the manager at the hollywood office. The Cooper City location will not honor rate. This is very upsetting to have to drive to Hollywood when I have a location just a block away. The saddest part is I was planning to sign up.

I left extremely satisfied and relaxed. The massage was outstanding, and the customer as well. I give this place 10/10!!! Thank you to the manager Analise for booking me and making the best recommendations based on my needs.

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismFront office customer service manager is the problem!!!!!Really wish I read some of the reviews before signing up. I was a member for over 1-1/2 years before today. I called to freeze my account because I would be traveling for the next couple of months. After doing so they confirmed it was frozen, then a few days later charged my card for the monthly fee for both my wife and I. I called Friday and was told I had a form sent to me and I needed to fill it out which was never told to me on the phone. I then asked to speak to manager and was told I would receive a call back with 24hrs. Today was Wednesday and I had to call again after 2 prior calls with no resolution and no manager. I was put on a call with someone named Guy the manager the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. I was in the beginning of explaining my situation and shortly after I began he cut me off and said to bad! I shortly thereafter told him to send me a cancellation form for my account. Just so we are clear they lost a customer for over 1-1/2 years paying $111 each month because of a charge of $111. Hopefully management trains their staff a little better to prevent them from continuing to receive so many negative complaints.Front office customer service manager is the problem!!!!!Really wish I read some of the reviews before signing up. I just moved to Pembroke Pines and I have this location a shot. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful and they recommended JoyB to me. I’ve been to different locations for over two years and Joy is my favorite therapist! Give Joy a shot and hopefully you’ll be as amazed as I am!!

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityMaybe mornings are not a good time to come to this location. Especially if you have to get an massage from Heather. This location needs to learn it’s not what you say it’s how you say it. If employees are unable to communicate professionally with out rude body language and a rude tone, maybe they should not be working. This is an sensitive time for many and everyone should be careful of their actions. As for the manager, do better because obviously no one is being held accountable. All customers should be accommodated not turned away.Maybe mornings are not a good time to come to this location. Especially if you have to get an massage from Heather. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I called to schedule my appointment over the phone and specifically requested for a female therapist. When they called me in for my massage it was a male and when I spoke to the girls in the front desk they didn’t even try to do anything about it. They basically told me that they were booked for the day. Yes, it was Mother’s Day and I understand that they were busy but I scheduled my appointment in advance it’s not like I just walked in. I did the massage anyway because I was in a lot of pain. The massage was not good at all. I honestly just wanted it to be over. Then when I went to pay I used a gift card my husband and children gave me for Mother’s Day and they told me they could not use it because their system was down. That is absolutely crazy. I’m sure I am not the only mom who used a gift card gifted to them for Mother’s Day. They told me they would reimburse me once the system was back up but I have yet to hear back from them. I’m not one to usually leave these poor reviews but this is something I feel people must know before waisting their massage especially if they are in pain because It will not help at all.

The staff and therapists are great. However, read the fine print. I had a $200 unused credit and wanted to use up what I had and stop the membership for a little while. They told me I can’t use the $200 I have in unused credit until I keep paying them the $50 a month membership for the rest of the year. At that time I informed them I fulfilled a one year membership and at the end of a second year. The Massage Envy rep told me the don’t count loyalty and that every year it automatically renews as if I was a brand new customer. At this time it’s been four months since I’ve used there services and they are holding my $200 hostage. They are willing to do me a favor by letting me give the a discounted $100 to freeze my account. Basically they will now have $300 that I still can’t use. READ THE FINE PRINT. Not a good business model. It’s a shame because their staff has been great.

Just returned back from my massage. Overall the experience was good, but the massage wasn’t as good. The ladies up front were very sweet, and friendly. My therapist was also very nice. The only issue I have is the massage wasn’t what I truly wanted. I wanted my back worked on, and nothing else. When the lady up front asked if I was ok with other locations, I didn’t think my original desire of just having my back worked on would change. Maybe it was my fault. After the massage I was out before my therapist could even get me some water, and yet somehow there was a “plan” for me to return back in two weeks due to my therapists recommendation. They try to sell a plan, but weren’t pushy.
