Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityStephanie is amazing, she asked me where my problem areas were and made sure that paid more attention to those areas rather than wasting time on areas that weren’t a problem. She communicated with me constantly to make sure the pressure was good and that I was okay. She was very professional and knowledgeable. Stephanie is amazing, she asked me where my problem areas were and made sure that paid more attention to those areas rather than wasting time on areas that weren’t a problem. She communicated with me constantly to make sure the pressure was good and that I was okay. She was very professional and knowledgeable. Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI booked three massage a month ago and 2 hours prior to service this Saturday received a call stating there was a mishap in booking. On Friday I received a call to confirmed all 3 massages. The service person tried to get someone to perform the 3 services however was unable. Only able to get 2 services which was a birthday celebration. I asked to speak to manager which was Lindsey. She hasn’t returned my call as of today. She has shown poor customer service and refused to follow-up with me. I asked to leave a message for the owner. I’m still waiting on a reply. I’would never recommend this company to anyone. Due to mishap which has happened to me more than once. I booked three massage a month ago and 2 hours prior to service this Saturday received a call stating there was a mishap in booking. On Friday I received a call to confirmed all 3 massages. The service person tried to get someone to perform the 3 services however was unable. Only able to get 2 services which was a birthday celebration. I asked to speak to manager which was Lindsey. Critical: ProfessionalismI had an athletic competition last Saturday so I booked a massage on the Friday morning before. They called and canceled my appointment Friday morning. I had an athletic competition last Saturday so I booked a massage on the Friday morning before. They called and canceled my appointment Friday morning. But if I would have canceled day of, I would have been responsible for 50% of the cost….go figure. I could not find another place to book on such short notice. It really offset my weekend.
