I’d definitely recommend working with another company. I had a baby and was unable to use my membership for 8 weeks per company policy. If you cancel your membership, you have only 6 weeks to use up all credits. It will be impossible for me to use them quickly enough in a way that is actually relaxing. Disappointed. I’ll be sure to never visit again.

Got a membership for my husband years ago… but there’s always an issue. Recently we have been trying to call to make appointments but no one ever answers the phone. He has tons of credits because he hasn’t been in a while. We wanted to pause the payments until he catches up, but they told us that if you stop paying you cant use your credits. He probably has around 20 credits. So I lve called twice today to try to make appointments but the automated system keeps saying that they are closed. They open at 8am… Its now 8:29 and I still cant get through. So unprofessional SMH. I think Ill just cancel and lose the credits

I Couldn’t make it to an appointment because we tested positive for Covid and we had a family emergency. They never called to confirm my appointment and it slipped my Mind that I even had an appointment because we spent hours contacting every hotel and every rental car and every person we were in contact with. When I called to explain my situation they didn’t care. In result they hit me with a 55.00 no show fee and they garnished all my unused massage minutes. Once you become a member you Cannot cancel and you will be charged $65.00 monthly. Your unused minutes will roll over but will be garnished it you fail to call 24 hours ahead to cancel an appoinement and they will charge you a 55.00 no show fee. This is the third time in a row that I tried to book an appointment with a particular therapist, and the employees here messed up my appointment. The first time I tried to book, the person was on maternity leave. I was completely understanding then, so no big deal. The second time, I had booked with this person, and she cancelled three days before. Again, I understand things come up. So then the third time, I book with this person. Two days before, this location leaves me a voicemail confirming that I will be seeing this therapist. The day of the appointment, I was apparently reassigned to another therapist without my knowledge. She told me the therapist did not work at that time, but I showed the receptionist my voicemail, proving that I was scheduled to see this person. I do not plan to go to this location any time soon. The only reason I would come back is if they give me a complimentary 90 minute massage. If this is not possible, then I plan to avoid these people.

I absolutely loved my masseuse Danielle! He was very nice and down to earth. A very kind soul. My experience was relaxing and just what I needed. Thank you so much. If the monthly membership was only month to month with an ability to cancel at any time, then I absolutely would do that. I know I need another massage soon though because the muscles under my shoulder blades are tightening up and causing sharp pains. I will ask Danielle to focus on that area next time.

Very disappointed! This was my very first massage ever and it will be my last. I specified I had never had a massage in hopes they would take that to consideration. I was very displeased about the experience. The hour duration was basically a good body wipe down with lotion. There was no kneading or effort into the muscle pain I had described. I was not expecting a lot however I specified what I wanted them to focus on and wasn’t done. A massage is supposed to leave you feeling relaxed. I felt it was more exfoliating than anything.

The most despicable business practices I have ever experienced. My wife and I were frequently cancelled on, rescheduled, or told that the couples room was double booked so we would have to get our massages separately. We were even shorted on our credits and often told that we had more credits than we did so that we would schedule more appointments. When I tried to cancel our membership I was told that we needed to email a request to cancel and any credits we had left over would expire by the end of the month. I was then somehow automatically enrolled in a month-to-month subscription without my permission. This required another email exchange to completely remove all memberships or recurring costs.
