GO ANYWHERE ELSE! The lady at the front desk treated me so horribly here that I left! She rolled her eyes at me when I asked her a question, gave me attitude since I walked welled the door..then told me she would like it if I just waited outside! How could you possibly think it’s ok to treat your customers this way?? I was literally about to spend thousands of dollars and this is how I am treated?? I told her I couldn’t believe how rude she was being to me and that I will just go somewhere else then.. and she said ok bye! I am honestly just still shocked how she treated me. Won’t ever go back.

Have tried twice now to book an appointment. First time the day of they called stating the person doing my facial was no longer available. This time I booked over month in advance and the day before my appointment I get told I got scheduled with an NP who doesn’t do consultations? It is extremely unprofessional how they clearly do not value your time. I didnt get offered anything for my inconvence just a simple sorry again they messed up. Will never try again with these people.

I had a difficult experience because I brought my children with me, there is no place to put them, They should not have been with me because of covid-19 and I was anxious and did not want to complete the session, but Tamia was nice and she talked to me and she made me reassured and she really cared about my children. Been going for over a year and I find everyone friendly and professional. Been working with Dr. Naik for Botox and he is great. He asks a lot of questions and does follow up to make sure you are happy. Also, I find these one star reviews suspect, you can’t say a place is horrible but not explain why or give any back story.
