I had the most peaceful and relaxing massage at Massage envy. The Store owner (Eva) sets an conducive harmonious atmosphere that allows each individual to feel welcomed. My massage therapist Jeanett W. was AMAZING and she made me feel calm and at ease making sure to check-in with me during the massage. If I could give this business 10 stars I would but only 5 were available. As a Licensed Professional Counselor I put my own words to use in regards to practicing self-care! I am currently cancelling my membership with massage envy -Stonebridge. I previously left this location for the Dumfries and Lakeridge locations because out of the 60minute Massage it would last about 45 minutes. I received better service at the other locations. My biggest issue is with management. I recently changed my credit card due to unauthorized charges. I called to update my information and asked how many credits do I have. I have two credits that I already paid for but I can’t use until I pay for another credit (monthly payment). I told the associate to NOT charge my card (Olivia) and asked twice to make sure that’s what I wanted. Guess what!!!! They charged my card, the Stonebridge managers never called after I requested a refund of my two credits since I wasn’t allowed to use them. Of course now my account is no longer frozen because they charged my credit card. I called the corporate office and they were no help as well. Just know that you are stuck with these people and the monthly subscription continues to rise (I use to pay 50 now its up to 70 and the massage time has decreased).

My wife and I both left with neck pain after massages from this Massage Envy the day before yesterday. It seems that they put too much pressure where pressure wasn’t needed. The techniques seemed lacking as well, possibly them being frustrated that we almost walked out after waiting 15 minutes passed our appointment time. Late, painful, and unfulfilling overpriced massages, worth taking your money anywhere else unless you want to walk out sore when you weren’t sore before. I don’t recommend and was very disappointed.

Poor customer service, and what ever you do don’t sign up for membership you won’t be able to get out of it unless you are signed up for the 12 months. Called multiple times to speak with manager and guess what still haven’t heard from them. Never going back!

I had a blessed experience and Margarita was very knowledgeable about skincare. She gave me a few helpful tips. However, the lip exfoliate the company provided for the treatment was not worth $15.00. My lips are still dry and have dry skin build-up. Moreover, my experience was good. Thank you, Margarita.

After assessing my needs he asked what level of massage I’d be comfortable with. I was looking for a relaxing massage but have several pain issues. Samuel addressed all my concerns and did not disappoint. He was pleasant yet Professsional.
