While Donna is an amazing therapist, I could have done without the construction workers next door using profanity every other word. The walls are thin and it was less than a relaxing experience. I know construction will not go on forever and it is not the fault of massage envy. However, I will wait awhile for my next visit.

The massage was great but I was very disappointed that I had to rush to get dressed. It wasn’t the massage therapist’s fault. He had another client in that room in 3 minutes! At check out, I said that I just wanted a few minutes to lay in the peaceful environment before getting dressed and they said that that isn’t possible for anyone. They are back to back with clients. Next time I’m going to cut my massage short by 5 minutes so that I can relax at the end.

Dwayne is a very skilled massage therapist. He hit all the right spots in the right way. It was as if my his hands and my body had a secret language. He also communicated throughout my massage to ensure the pressure was comfortable for me. I’ve been to multiple Massage Envy sites from Buffalo to Florida and he is by far the best yet.
