I absolutely love coming to this Massage Envy location! The front desk is always very helpful with my account and booking appointments that accommodate my schedule. Every time I come in I am greeted with a smile, and I feel very welcomed as a customer here. The massage therapists are all excellent, I like to try different ones each time I go since they all have a different style. I have never felt better!

If I can give a zero star I would. The front desk in that office are so rude. First I needed to change my appointment time because my grandfather died and was told I would be charged a fee because I didn’t call the day before. I explained to the girl that I can’t possibly call the day before because it just happened. I then decided to cancel my account because of the insensitivity of the front desk. The manager Taylor however was much worse than her employee. First taking forever to call me back and then canceling my membership “immediately” because ~ get this ~ I wouldn’t provide an email address for them to email me . She tells me I would lose my massages if not used within 60 days.. I told her I just want to keep my account on hold. She then still canceled me because they are raising prices and I wouldn’t give her an email. When I told her that she’s not nice and I can complain about this.. her exact words were “go ahead”. That whole office has no manners and it is no wonder that all the massage therapists are leaving!

I absolutely love going here. The people at the front desk are always so kind and helpful. My favorite person to go to is Christina. She is amazing, I love getting facials by her. So much so that I became a member because I loved my results so much. I just got microdermabrasion done over the weekend by Christina and I am loving my results. My coworkers even complimented my skin without me mentioning I got this done. 1000% go here. Everyone is lovely.

Absolutely adore this place! The girls at the front desk were so kind & helpful. I believe the girls name was Shayna. She explained all the packages so throughly & couldn’t be happier booking appointments with her. Always a pleasure seeing her! Shayna booked me with Haley the esthetician. Haley works wonders. Not only is she so nice, but I’ve had bad acne & acne scars for years now. Only after a few sessions with her & my face has never been so clear & smooth. Love this place & have been recommending my friends for weeks now!! Services are excellent, staff is excellent & products are excellent!!

The front desk as many mentioned is rude and unfriendly, esp Briana. I can never get an appt with my therapist – call 24 hrs after a booking day and she is already booked for the next 6 months?! The manager could care less that I cancelled my membership, never even asked any questions, just rushing to get off the phone with me. If you hate working with customers maybe the front desk isn’t for you. Clients pay alot of money for these services and deserve to be treated much better. Good riddance!

Great place! Even better staff! Always so welcoming when I come in. The management is incredible, especially Rebecca. Helps me book all my appointments and is so so so sweet. Had the best massage the other day with, lead therapist LINDA! She is great I was sore from starting the gym and she made me feel so much better. 10/10 highly recommend this place :)!
