I recently had a facial with Ariana. The service she provided was very professional and relaxing. She took the time to analyze my skin and provide recommendations based on my needs and explained why each product was needed. The business was very clean and the steps they have taken to keep everyone safe during this time seem to exceeded what is required. I was also impressed with the air purification system they have installed. I did purchase a membership and will be going back for my monthly skincare!

The staff was friendly and super helpful. My fiancée had a massage that he said was amazing. The place was clean and you were felt welcomed. All questions I had were answered.

When we are finally able to schedule a massage appointment (a couple months in advance), half the times they cancel it a couple of days before. I have been to numerous Massage Envy locations over the last 8 years and this is one of my top 3 favorites! I was greeted with a smile and warm welcome, offered a glass of water and once I finished my paperwork, shown to the waiting room. The waiting room was set up very nicely.

The estheticians are extremely knowledgeable and thoroughly explain the process and products being used for each treatment. Chemical peels have become part of my skincare regimen and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for them. Suzie always takes great care. The products they use and recommend are very high quality. The team is very professional and attentive to all needs at the time of the appointment and do a great job taking care of them. I wanted to share my experience with a massage therapist I had recently.. It was the first time I’d seen him. Booked a couples massage for Valentines Day. The staff was very pleasant & the facility was very clean & nicely appointed. The quality of the massages was good. That said, I found the level of attempted ‘upselling’ for add-on services hugely annoying and we had to tell them ‘no thank you’ repeatedly. Most disappointing was that our ‘60 minute’ massages started nearly 10 mins late & they didn’t tack that time on to the end- instead they were very quick to hit the stop clock at the scheduled end time. So in reality, our 60 min massages were actually only 45 mins.

They stopped membership fees as of the 1st, however they automatically charged my card the day before and said they couldn’t refund even due to the circumstances. Same owner of the Reading location. If I could give 0 stars I would. Poor customer service.
