Worse non-experience ever. I booked a couples massage & facial OVER a month in advance and they called to cancel with less than 24 hours notice. Having to find childcare for 5 kids is a daunting task and then be asked with hardly an explanation to reschedule for the next day was ridiculous. When I told them I was wanted to cancel and get a full refund for the promo deal, she said “cancel then” and hung up. If this experience is any indication of their level of excellence, then I should implore all of you to look elsewhere for relaxation services.

I would give zero stars if I could! This business has given me the most unprofessional and inappropriate experience ever! I purchased a Groupon certificate for a couples massage and facial. I contacted the number provided on my Groupon certificate, with no response. I searched the business online and found a different phone number, was able to speak to someone, and scheduled an appointment for about a month out. The day before my appointment, I received a text from a random Florida phone number asking if I could reschedule to a later time the same day, because one of their therapists was sick. I rescheduled instead to the following day. I was again contacted by the same random phone number the next day to reschedule my time again, because one of the therapists “wanted to go to church”. I agreed. I text the random number the day of my appointment to confirm the time because of all the changes, and to confirm the location of the business. She gave me an alternate location, which was not listed on the Groupon certificate. I was not at all comfortable going to a random HOUSE when the address listed on my Groupon certificate was in a business plaza. I texted the random phone number to cancel the appointment altogether, and was insulated and called inconsiderate! I am a paying customer who was flexible with scheduling and was told I was inconsiderate for being uncomfortable about a random secondary location!!!! Altogether it was the worst experience that I’ve ever had and I have no idea how the business continues to run in such fashion.

Our therapist was a nice lady. She had pretty, long, French-manicured nails. If you just want some skin contact, literally a rub down with no rhyme or reason, this is the place to visit. She even played with my feet, probably because she thought I was asleep or maybe she was dozing off…but it was weird. She at one point started putting serum on her own face. I would not recommend this place if you enjoy a real massage worth every hard-earned dollar spent for each minute. I can say that it was a bad experience to remember and one I’ll be laughing about years down the road. Oh yeah, there was exfoliating sugar scrub all up in my hair and scalp after the facial! Lol.

Group of friends purchased the Groupon on line. Running late & called ahead & was assured it would be ok. Upon arriving, greeted by owner who greeted us by indicating how late we were. We shared the call info but she seemed very bothered. Her staff was confused as to what needed to be done & didn’t speak good English. Since we all couldn’t have the jacuzzi we opted for different items. One took a longer massage by the owner who was very experienced in massage therapy. She had great reviews of her experience.

Firstly, I’d like to say I was very excited about purchasing this groupon package. It seemed like a great deal. I frequent spa’s around the world, I love to relax and be pampered. When I arrived at the establishment I was taken back. It was a residential home. Very minimal parking, what you’d expect at someone’s house. Seems unprofessional and very akward, how it’s set up. However, the decorations and lay out is spa oriented and classy. Now, the ad for this groupon stated 90 minute Massage, facial, champagne and chocolate covered strawberries for 89$. When I arrive I’m not greeted by anyone but a be back in a moment sign, and I found the restroom. It’s on of those 2door entry ones, which again is uncomfortable because your never really locked in. Next the manager/owner Jannice Muhr came and asked me what services I thought I was getting today. She also explained the break down of the package which is NOT in the fine print. 30 minutes massage, 30 minute express facial (no extractions), 30 minutes in the jacuzzi. WHAT A RIP OFF AND A SCAM! I immediantly expressed my feelings of concern, telling her that the advertisement is misleading and a bait & switch. She did not try to provide customer service, or rectify the situation. Instead, she took a very nasty tone and told me that I was never going to be pleased and she could get my money back from groupon. I was so offended, she treated me as if she had no time to amend things and treated me as if I was irrelevant and her business is doing so well that she can afford to provide bad customer service. I am upset because I told all my friends about the deal and they purchased their groupon as well. I have never had a 30 minute massage, how can you do a full body Swedish in 30 minutes? I have also never been given a time limit in the jacuzzi that was included in the treatment time. It’s a sham to get ur $ and not really provide you with a quality experience.

I purchased a groupon for a couples massage for my partner and as a gift for our 50 to 60 hour work weeks for some relaxation. The purchase was made 3 weeks ago and I’ve called almost daily for questions on services and appointments. You absolutely CANNOT get anyone on the phone ever. Ive made multiple calls a day, leaving messages almost daily with no response or a call back. I’ve even tried through their website. I felt scammed and groupon took my info and in within an hour I was recompensated fully. Do not waste your time with this business. I feel it is a scam

I arrived at the house location, I was early so I waited. My appointment was scheduled for 11 however the day before someone called to change my appointment to 12 (which was fine), I was taken back to the massage room at 12:20. I was scheduled for a 90 minute massage/facial (Groupon purchase) I was in my car and on the phone with my husband at 1:35. Now to all the happenings during the massage, phone constantly going off, the lady was trying to find music to play during the massage, after finding music and finally starting my massage her phone kept receiving notifications, after about 5 notifications she took her phone and put it outside of the room, then she tries to find music on the CD player (mind you this is after she had already started the massage).As for the massage I was not impressed and would not recommend this place and the facial was awful!! My guess is this lady is not an esthetician and is not liscened to do facials!

Beware..I have had a better massage from my 12 year old daughter. When I asked if the massage therapists had licences that I could see ( none were posted) the owner came out and said that she would refund the money on Groupon but she had no time to waste speaking to me. The 90 minute couples massage was about a 30 minute oil application at best. The house was unmarked- no signage anywhere and there was a full bar inside. This place is a wack shack!
