I was scammed, blocked and doxxed by another place and after feeling hopeless and lost, I came across Massage by Ari. I messaged them for booking info and they replied back instantly, keep in mind it was a Sunday at 8 am when I had messaged them on Instagram..Ari and her team have been giving me the proper care that I was not receiving from my surgeons office. I am forever grateful for all that they have done for me. I have never been to so such a professional establishment that has great customer service, services, and staff. It has been such an amazing experience. Positive: Communication, ProfessionalismAri’s team of lymphatic drainage massage professionals are top notch! They will have you feeling absolutely amazing post-surgery. The only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because when I booked my in-office tape method application, I assumed that Ari herself would be the one performing it. That’s why I was fine with driving 40+ minutes to the appointment. However one of her employees applied the tape instead, and I had a strip fall off before I even got back to my recovery house. Other than that, I was completely satisfied with their services and have even referred many other customers to this business.Ari’s team of lymphatic drainage massage professionals are top notch! Ari’s team of lymphatic drainage massage professionals are top notch! They will have you feeling absolutely amazing post-surgery. The only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because when I booked my in-office tape method application, I assumed that Ari herself would be the one performing it. I cannot tell you how impressed about the level of service and the difference in the quality of care that I received from Ari vs other very popular massage providers. I had my procedure done in Miami and booked nine massages, split between one team and Ari’s, the difference was unparalleled. The massages were never rushed, and I learned something new to care for my body at each and every appointment plus the personalities and positivity of each masseuse was outstanding! In addition they took pictures of the transformation at every appointment to show me how much their work was paying off!I could not encourage people enough to book with Ari and her team. Before returning home to California I got taped up, it helped me stay super compressed and protected during my long flight home as well as lose inches around my waist!! Do not hesitate to book with this amazing team.
