Critical: Quality, ValueGot a full set with Gel the man who did my nails gave me 10 small cuts they were bleeding now I have tiny scabs, my color is already chipping on day 3 and I have huge bubbles on two of my nails. I brought it up to the owner and she said I already charged your card but I can give you $5 to give the technician in a tip! Got a full set with Gel the man who did my nails gave me 10 small cuts they were bleeding now I have tiny scabs, my color is already chipping on day 3 and I have huge bubbles on two of my nails. I brought it up to the owner and she said I already charged your card but I can give you $5 to give the technician in a tip! I rarely ever get my nails done but when I do I always come here! The nails last a long time and always come out beautiful. I always get compliments on my nails thanks to them. The pics are a 3 week update all diamonds and nails are still attached. And at my job I am co constantly washing dishes and cleaning so they’ve lasted quite a while now.

Thee worst salon I’ve ever been to, not only were they rude but quality of work was horrible! I went in for gel manicure and pedicure.. how does gel mani chip in 7 days!! And how does pedicure polish just simply come off!!??? $60.00!! down the drain! I would not recommend! So rude, didn’t even ask your name, if silence and bad work is what your looking for go here! I do recommend “Rex Nails”in Naples( Belmont Shore) 2nd Street. if your in area, nicest people I’ve had the pleasure to meet, but because I moved was not convenient to go to..( next time I’ll take the trip)! You’ll see on hand only 1 finger left intact. Toe polish simply came off! (That has NEVER happened)

Worst experience ever. The nail tech was extremely rude. I was asking her for advice on my nails and she responded rudely. She was also pulling on my hands. I always tip nail techs but because of her attitude I gave her none.

I got my nails done by the guy who seems to run the place…. honestly I was not happy on my service…. on my toes the guy who did it was really nice but I never saw him put the clear coat and I hate to tell anybody what they didn’t do as they should know… my nails was done by the guy who seams to run the place he’s extreamly rude and had poor customer skills he made my nails sad compared d to previous times I’ve had my nails done i came out looking at least to my opinion like I’ve had them on for about a week and for how rude he was I just paid the $55 for my toes and nails left I do feel like my nails were not worth the prize but I read the comments and still decided to give it a chance…. oh well my fault … my daughter on the other hand it was done by an older very skinny lady I wish I got her name my daughter is five and she did an amazing job on her very patient and everything else nice I think for her I give a five but everything and my experience was 0/1.

My 2 issues were I didn’t get out til 4:30 not that they worked on me that long, they just keep Excepting customers. The other complaint I have is, once I left I thought the charges were a lot. I asked my daughter her total and it was less. They charged me $50.00 instead of $37.00My mistake, I won’t be going there again.
