This was one of the worst nail salons I have ever been to! I went in at 2:30pm for a mani/pedi, the tech, Estafenia, wasn’t even there for her own appointment which was the 1st red flag. Then when she actually got there she did my pedicure first and took a long time just to do my toes, disregarding if I was comfortable or not, and was very rough. I do not know how clean the tools were since she just pulled them out of the cart. She was more focused on her phone and her friend than the service she was providing. Another lady came in and left before me. When she finally did my nails, she couldn’t even do them the way I wanted so I had to changed my whole thought process and just told her to redo everything before we got too far into the design I wanted. Then was charged more at the end, I did not leave until almost 6pm, so I was there for 4 hours and wasted my whole day in a very annoying environment. I paid through cashapp and accidentally requested a refund, it was declined but then another lady at the nail salon requested me being rude so I just blocked her since it was a mistake but then one of the tech’s friends requested me telling me I was broke and continued to be very rude. They didn’t care at all about their customer’s experience here and they just lost one. Mind you this was my first time here and I will never ever come back to this terrible salon ever again. I do not recommend this nail salon for anyone.

This is not a walk in nail salon. You need to text for an appointment. I am rating this business based on appointment booking skills only. I sent Martha a text, received a text back stating she would text me the following day, then nothing. Pro tip- running your own business means providing good customer service. Blowing off potential clients is not a way to grow your business….
