Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityHORRIBLE!! I made an appointment for 8:30 am with Natalia. I spoke with her twice, I let her know I was coming from the outskirts of Boston, that I lived an hour away and was coming to get a manicure and pedicure before I started work. She emphasized to please let her know if I wasn’t going to come in because she was coming in early for me, I told her I would be here. I got to the salon at 8:25 her co-worker was helpful, put my feet to soak while I waited. Natalia never showed up. Her coworker and the boss called her she never answered. You would think the Boss would try and make some sort of arrangement, maybe try to move other clients appointment time up so that they could try and accommodate me since I was there waiting, NOPE. Love this salon, the staff is super friendly and makes you feel right at home. One of the best hair wash experiences that I have ever had. I always leave loving the cut. The hairdresser are super nice to talk too. I have not tried their other services yet other than the hair care, but I’m sure if it anything like that its great.
