I went and had a full highlight done today, and Ciera was so sweet and amazing! My hair came out beautiful and I feel a bit of my confidence regained with it <3 everyone was so professional and I was also recommended a shampoo and conditioner to help keep my hair healthy ( I can’t wait to see the results) ! Request Ciera, I had a wonderful time with her and she does excellent work!

Honestly, I wanted to rate this place higher, but felt that my experience couldn’t warrant it. I had to explain and then re-explain how I wanted my hair cut. I don’t feel that asking for layers in my hair is that difficult, and the stylist who was working on my hair seemed to have a lot of trouble doing what I was saying. I would rate my experience lower, but she did make it as close to what I wanted as she could. Overall, I am unhappy with the cut she did, but would not go back to have it fixed. Also, I brought my young daughter in for a quick trim that took maybe 10 min and hardly any effort and was charged $20!
