First and foremost, Elaine did an excellent job on my gel mani! It’s hard to find quality nail salons here. I’m not sure how I ever went without stopping in here. Not only is this place THE most relaxing and comfortable environment with a beautiful view of the river, but the staff is so sweet. I’d rather be here than a turn-and-churn nail salon. All about that spa treatment!

My cuticles and fingers surrounding the nail bed are super beat up, sloppily shaped and painted 🙁 the nail drill burnt my cuticles multiple times. Nail tech filed hard acrylic off of my skin. My nails and fingers still hurt. Took critiques well and fixed the paint when asked, overall wouldn’t return Acrylic nails

I just moved to the Spokane area and was recommended this place and I’ll be going back everytime. I told Elaine what I wanted as far as shape and neutral color and she did her magic, as well as being great with my sensitive nail beds. She was a joy to talk to and I’m so impressed!

I went to this salon to get a manicure and a set of acrylics for me and my sister. Elaine was very sweet, but she took a personal phone call while we were there and it was slightly uncomfortable. She asked us if we minded and we said no, as she had already answered the call and put it on speaker. I had to point out that my nails were uneven and misshapen multiple times. The atmosphere was nice but the space we were sat at was dirty and not very sanitary to me. Elaine used acrylic on my nails and it got everywhere. I was stuck at the chair picking acrylic off my fingers and even after washing it was still all over. My sisters nails were done a simple French tip. They came out pretty well. It was not a great experience and I probably won’t go back just because the nails did not turn out the way I would have wanted them to. Elaine was extremely kind and I did enjoy her as a nail tech though.

I hate to leave a bad review but i have to. Unfortunley my nails turned out horrible. Elaine was very nice but mine and my moms nails turned our horrible. My mom got gel and i got arylic. She shaped them crooked and too thick. Like others said the atmosphere was nice but it was a mess and not very sanitary. My nail also chipped right away trying to dig the acrylic from under my nail bed. I think its time for her to retire as she seems to not care anymore. I should have taken the reviews more seriously.
