Critical: Quality, ValueThe only reason i’m giving this place two stars is because their brow tech is amazing, but as for their nail tech can’t really say the same thing. The first picture is my inspiration picture. The second picture is what she did. My toes are still bleeding. I’ve never been more disappointed my entire life. I left the place literally crying. The only reason i’m giving this place two stars is because their brow tech is amazing, but as for their nail tech can’t really say the same thing. The first picture is my inspiration picture. The second picture is what she did. My toes are still bleeding. I’ve never been more disappointed my entire life. I left the place literally crying. Great customer service, really happy with the results and I also got my lashes and eyebrows done. Happy environment and good vibes. I have to drive 40 mins to get here but I will gladly do so because their nails designs are awesome!!!!

I love the salon !!! I’ve been doing my hair and nails since the opening. My stylist Ceci is the best and I can not complain about her work. I am always happy with the lovely staff and they make my nails beautiful like nobody else. By the way, I love coffee!!!☕️

(English) Never coming back here again! I never thought I’d have to do this since I liked getting my nails done here by a specific person. I hate to be the type to leave a bad review but I’m so disappointed by how my service turned out to be. I always got my nails done here by Dierys (or better known as Cuki), her designs are outstanding and just beautiful. However, I noticed that as I started coming to her and showing her what I liked she always ended up telling me she was gonna do what she liked instead and last time I checked I’M the one paying for what I like. I still liked how my nails came out, but that wasn’t right of her to just do what she liked most. On top of that, sometimes I’ll be doing the bare minimum and my nails will still break easily. It’s funny because Cuki would end up getting upset at ME for the way her products work. I don’t know if she uses cheap material or what but I’ve had the same length of nails I do now by other nail techs before and they would last me longer. What brought me here today was the simple fact that I had spent more than $100 on my set of nails just last week (keep in mind these $100+ nails only lasted me a week exactly) so I decided to tell Cuki I needed my two broken nails to be fixed because its not fair that I spent so much on my nails for them to only last a week. When I told her that she just told me ok to come in when I could. She never mentioned no fee no pay. Mind you when I got my two nails fixed she didn’t even do them like how I had them a week ago because “it would take more time”. At the end, I had to end up paying $25 for both broken nails when that should’ve been complimentary. I shouldn’t have to pay $25 just for my nails to probably break again. Also, she likes to include tip already when you pay with card which I think is so wrong. You shouldn’t get to decide to include gratuity already, thats up to the client. As a licensed esthetician, I’m highly disappointed by all of what I just said. Its not right to charge your client when you never mentioned anything in the first place. If I would have known she was charging me I wouldn’t have come. You should never charge your client a broken nail or two especially if they just got them done a week ago for over $100. As a back to back customer, this is the last time I’m ever going back… you lost my loyalty. So disappointing for real.

The girls here are super rude. Horrible service. They only have one parking they attack ever people who are try to park thier. They are to busy watching the parking then their clients. Honestly i would never go to this salon. Ever. They are to ghetto!
