Marcela is the best hair stylist! I been doing my hair with her over 20 years, and there has been times in the past that I would go somewhere else with my friends to try a new hair stylist and guess what the experience was so bad that I would go right back to Marcela to fix someone else’s mess. I highly recommend her, she’s amazing with her hands, she’s very friendly, professional, always happy and when you’re in her Salon she makes you feel like you’re home. Also she’s very busy so I suggest you make an appointment before heading to her Salon. I’ll forever be 100% loyal to her!❤️

i was told to come in for a hair consultation at 5:30. I came exactly at that time only for me to wait nearly a half an hour for a 5 minute chat? Unbelievable. She said she would text my number the next day to tell me when she’s available to do my hair. I still haven’t received my text it’s been days. Terrible first impression and certainly not worth it. Will not show up here in the future

I called my regular salon (which is close to my work location), but they were booked up until the end of AUGUST (!) so I went searching for one that is local.I feel like I just won the lottery because I found this great new salon (Marcela’s) and it is within walking distance to my house. It is beautiful, spotless and well designed (I was super impressed with the hair washing sink). Marcela is an expert and her confidence really showed as she transformed my hair and gave me exactly the look I wanted! She took her time and made me feel at ease and relaxed. Such a horrible experience. Went there to get my hair styled and it looked super frizzy. Worst stylist I’ve been to in my LIFE. 0/10, would not go back. Lady who did my hair was awful and unpleasant to be around. If you guys want good hair done, go to another salon please. Also super unprofessional. Hairstyling

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueI went there to get my hair colored and trimmed… When I went there I mentioned that I would like highlights or balayage as well as face framing, but I would like the face framing to be a little bit lighter than the rest of the coloring- but instead the face framing was done completely wrong because I don’t ever part my hair in the middle I always put it on the side so now my face framing is only on one side of my face!!! And after working on my hair for 6 1/2 hours I was only given the face framing, that’s it! No Balayage or highlights!!!Customers that walked in AFTER ME! Where taken care BEFORE me.
